That the hotel was convenient and close to everything. Thats about it.

There was mold in my room all over the place. At first I was told I couldnt be accommodated, because there wasnt any more available rooms, but the front desk lady was very helpful to get me into another room I do appreciate that. I probably will never book here again..

Beds were comfortable, bathroom & shower layout was nice. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Breakfast was really good! My family enjoyed the room. The general manger was sooo nice , I explained to her the issue with the bed bug shedding and she immediately gave us a discount. I cannot remember her name but she had glasses and dark hair. Very sweet & understanding!!

When we entered our room it seemed like the housekeeping did a quick job on cleaning . The ice box had sticky stuff. Sheets were full of hair & Im pretty sure our pull out sofa had bed bugs there were skin sheddings on the sofa. I had to go out and buy a sheet to put on top to make sure. We had to request a cleaning the next morning .

Our sink had a large crack in it. and toilet room door frame had foot long piece missing. Shower room way too small. No room to hang towels and put cosmetics. Sink in toilet room too small. Why not just knock wall out between the two rooms and make one bathroom. Difficult finding space to put things in the bedroom.

Very dark room. No overhead lights. Bathroom split into two narrow rooms with heavy sliding doors. Very difficult to slide even after maintenance worked on them. No place to put luggage except the sofa. Bed was not harder than a rock, but it was certainly no softer.

And while this hotel has been around for years, it is still one of our favorites with the layout consisting of separate rooms for the bathroom and shower, and the pseudo isolated front sofa and desk.

A bit of construction going on but the only real (and very minor) disruption was that I wanted to print out some tickets knowing that they had a business center. That didn't exist due to construction and I really didn't need to print the tickets anyway.

I did get to have breakfast and it was hot and delicious. I liked that there was a work area. fridge & microwave are always a plus! Shout out to Linda at the front desk and working the night shift on that day as she held my reservation open as I was at the wrong hotel and trying to make it to her before midnight! She stated, "Communication is key and as long as she knows, she could assist", and luckily, I had thought ahead to let them know. She was so helpful and cheerful when I finally arrived!!

Drip from the shower head that I could not stop, so if kept waking me. Housekeeping had not vacuumed, or didn't do it very well, as there were small pebbles/gravel throughout the rug, that was annoying. On my last day, the fire alarm went off and it took a long time to get the elevators back on, so I had to walk my luggage 4 flights of stairs... Ice machine didn't work so you had to go to the first floor to get ice.
