It is a good and clean hotel, close to the airport. The staff is friendly and for the most part very helpful. There is a bus stop close by, and coffe places just across the road. Basically everything you need for a layover on the way to the airport or so.

The rooms are not sound proof so both neighboors and planes taking off/landing at the airport can be heard quite well (bring earplugs). Also duirng my stay, the internet was malfunctning and the receptionist during the night shift did not know how to fix that.

The office staff were very nice and allowed me to stay in the room until 12:30 on check out day while my family attended graduation at MCRD. Food poisoning sure put a damper on our trip! Locaton was great, walking distance to coffee shops, dining, and even a 7-Eleven.

The shower was not installed correctly, water ran all over the floor from cracks in the wall. We used a lot of towels because of this. The wall itself between the stand up shower and the door was soft and soggy. I can only imagine how much mold is behind the wall. The shower pan and tile were clearly not installed correctly. The rest of the room was fine but I would suggest having the bathroom checked out for sure. Not sure when the remodel was done, maybe you are still within a time frame to get the problems corrected/fixed. It would have been great if the shower and toilet had been in its own space and the sink and mirror where the closet and safe were. It's always a plus when one person can shower and use the toilet but another can be brushing their teeth or doing hair and makeup. If the bathroom is going to be redone I would highly suggest a layout change since the space is available.

We arrived to find that there was a power outage. The staff suggested we find another hotel and they would refund us. They suggested we would not be able to check in, and even suggested there would not be clean bedsheets. We believed them and went elsewhere with them telling us we would be refunded. We have not been refunded and they have denied the whole exchange took place! Don’t trust them or book with them. Really upset about their untrustworthy behaviour and while booking.com have tried to get them to give the money back they have not answered the phone and have pretended they do not know what we are taking about. Terrible place

The location of the hotel was great, centralized for travel. Had a few 24/hour shops around for last minute needs. Nice brunch place next door, coffee shop, and donut/liquor shop across the street. The check-in/check-out was pretty fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and kind. The water pressure and water heat was amazing! (Probably the best out of any hotel i've ever stayed). AC in room was easy to use.

The room was dated and a bit dirty. The mattress was old and yellow. Looked like it was probably from the 90s. It was too soft. We found many unclean surfaces around the night stands etc and even what looked like an blood stain on the lamp shade. The bathroom window opened up to the public walkway and there was no fan for ventilation so we had to open the bathroom window only when we weren’t using it. The Bathroom windows also could make out the silhouette of a person to the public so changing in the bathroom was not an option. Had to pay $10 per day for parking (which is actually cheaper than other locations). The free breakfast was disappointing. We opted to just eat outside the hotel. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. It would be nice is they just did a few updates.

Maybe the rooftop terrace

It was the smell the paint in the bathroom our bathroom was facing an alley where people can walk by and see-through lack of parking the complementary breakfast room was tiny to handle all them people photos on Booking.com were deceiving towels were hard and dirty toilet seat was off center water was coming out of the shower onto the floor and a lot of noise from the maintenance room because we stayed in the room next to it.
