Location and price.

We were ‘upgraded’ to a room with a sofa. That sofa kept the kitchen closet door from opening fully. But that door was the only place to hang my garment bag because i needed the bathroom door to close. So we had to move the sofa and hopefully not disturb other room guests. That sofa was the place to store clothes as only one nightstand with a drawer. The tub/shower valve was unsafe. It could not do warm. It would start at cold the stop and restart at hot as it was turned. So cold or scalding. There was only one functioning outlet in the room and it was behind the bed. They had an extension cord tucked back there for one side if the bed and the lamp had one. The one in the bathroom was dead. Blanks where there used to be more. This us likely why the kitchen is in the closet. There is space in the room but no power. I was charged $120 deposit that never went through as advertised. $10/day for parking charged on checkout day as expected. They weren’t in the office at checkout time so I couldn’t inform them of the above issues.

I like the fact that there is a stove and toaster oven in the room. And coffee machine.

Most important to me as a senior citizen: please add safety bars in the shower. If I slip or get dizzy there is nothing to grab. Secondary in importance, I would suggest patching up and painting some of the wood, especially in the bathroom. Third, the room was stuffy. Several windows wouldn't open because the window weights were broken.

The area is beautiful, the hotel is close to public transport and shops.

The kitchenette was a microwave. The room was very basic but kept clean by wonderful staff. The shower leaked and made the floor in the bathroom wet.

Sam was awesome! Our apartment flooded so we have had to stay in hotels for the last couple weeks. Sam went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and let us know he'd make availability for us. He was kind and thoughtful!

The strong stench of fabuloso cleaning products, the sketchy customers, the lack of things like hair dryer, iron, or room phone, the absence of staff (they only work from 1030am to 7pm) ? the toilet seat was gross. The couch in my room looked dirty and worn. The fact the front desk tried to pull a fast one by charging for parking and saying he could offer a "special" price for one more night if we went through him and not the travel sites...and he quoted a price HIGHER than all the travel sites

Location was perfect for me.

The upstairs guests must’ve been up all night. They kept making noise and it seemed like they were dropping their suitcases all night. And walking in hard heels. But that is not fault of the hotel. I loved my room, unexpected upgrade also.
