I parked my vehicle in valet paying $55 never taking my car out of the facility until checking out the next afternoon to find my car has been ransacked by VALET! Stolen gift cards, wallet & portable chargers. Filed a police report and still waiting to hear back from footage!! Do not stay here. Other than location thats it. Run down! Pay $300 to get a crap room plus my stuff stolen and trying to get a refund! Horrible experience!! Stay away!!

I loved the location! perfect spot to everything. The room was spacious. I had a balcony with a side view but if you looked forward there was a small view of the ocean.

The bed was "spring" so it was loud and a little uncomfortable. I would think the price point for this hotel should be like $50 less.

I’m not sure if housekeeping is included in the stay but this stay and my last stay (both 3 night stays) our room wasn’t serviced.

Hairs were found in the bedding. Fire alarms went off at 6am with all hotel guests panicking. The bed was so hard I wasn’t able to sleep at all. During the fire alarm, we dressed and left the property. There was no explanation for the fire alarms or any announcements.

Since it’s an open hallway, we could hear people coming and going throughout the night—footsteps and loud people talking ( my husband said at one point someone drunk yelling) . We both did not get restful sleep.

The room had a kitchenette but nothing else, no plates, cups, cutlery.... No kettle, no toaster. This made the kitchenette pointless. Shower design needs to be rethought, water leaks into bathroom creating a huge puddle. Flooring in room seems to be warped due to this issue.

The location was good.

Well for starters I got there at 3am and the room upstairs was jumping and woke me and my family multiple times. Then at 7am construction workers got to the hotel and woke up us again. The next day I requested the room to be clean and nothing and when it was time to sleep there was a party upstairs. The staff does not do anything. Never going back to that hotel.

Close to Airport, Harbour, little Italy, trolley station etc. They changed our room to put us with a balcony. They supplied coffee making machine and coffee. Enjoyed the roof space in the early morning and evenings and the Jacuzzi/pool. Very pleasant stay

It didn’t matter to us because there are many street restaurants but would’ve been nice to have breakfast included in the price as the restaurant has a great view.
