The price was very affordable for San Fran, The location was great 15 mins from Fishermans wharf and kind of inbetween Little Italy and Chinatown so lots of good places to eat. They stored our bags for us while we waited for a room.

There was a little bit of road noise from cars, rubbish trucks and people tooting their horns. So mayb just take some earplugs if that's going to bother you

Great location. Plenty of buses. Can go everywhere easily. Super neighborhood nortj beach chinatown. Staff was helpful and quite nice.

No hot shower one evening/morning but was fixed next day. Very very basic room/mattress. There was a naan in our microwave left from previous host, makes you wonder about cleanliness.

Best location vs price ratio. Helpful personel. Free wi-fi. Microwave in a room. Shared spaces were clean. I got the room with the sink. So helpfull with kids.

Room was not cleaned even once thouout 8 days. I've asked to get the trash out and sweep the floor - only one bin of two was taken out and the floor was not toutched. Strange.

We wanted a hotel close to Fisherman's Wharf and this was close.....

The hotel has NO AC or fans. It has Community Toilets and Showers. No elevator...we were on the 3rd floor. There were no blankets, it was dirty, it's next to Hustler, Playboy & Gentlemans Club...I had my 12 year old. WORST experience EVER!!

Brilliant area, lovely window view, super cool place. Fridge included, showers have an extra door to lock which is nice. The area really makes it enjoyable.

It's a given, but no AC, have to ask for blankets as there aren't any in room and the bed isn't made properly with the wrong sheets so they always fall off. The bathroom isn't the cleanest but alright. One towel for 2 people. Downstairs bathroom stinks

The location. Centrally situated among a lot of restaurants on the outskirts of Chinatown with lots of attractions in walking distance

The bed was uncomfortable. The springs sticking almost through the outer layer sometimes painfully in your body. I stayed for 3 nights and never was the bed done, no fresh towels and no hot water at the sink...

Located near where I needed to be the next morning.

Super shady place. Nothing like the photos. I felt unsafe. Also - Me: My comforter had multiple cigarette burn holes in it. Reception: Yeah, some of them are like that. Spend the extra $$ to stay anywhere else.
