Perfect location! China town is across the street. Walking distance to plenty of shopping and great food. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Thank you for a great stay!

All the staff were really nice.

The toilet didnt work correctly! So gross. And there was no cold water in the sink. Both handles got us warm/hot water. Never experienced that before. Disgusting to brush our teeth with warm water.

Best night sleep in such a comfy bed with amazing pillows. Fabulous views across the bay from 10th floor. So clean and all new facilities. Asked for plug for bath and one arrived very quickly . Ice bucket on corridor great as bought nice wine to have. Coffee machine was good. Replenished each day. Check in and out really friendly and professional. Really great hotel experience. Restaurant good, relaxed.

Everything great, breakfast a little expensive for us.

Great location, you're a 15 minute walk from everything you'd wanna see in SF. Good value and room was spotless and had a wonderful view.

Our luggage was briefly misplaced but stuff happens and the staff quickly fixed the issue.

Good location, close to the heart of China town but with minimal noise. Buses to centre of the city and Fisherman's Wharf plus BART station at walking distance.

Quite dark room (small window). Minimal amenities apart from the gym and a small communal area. Cleaning staff are friendly but other than that I'd expect a better service altogether from a Hilton hotel.
