The location was nice for walking around, and had a great view of the sunset from the street.
There was no water and we were not told there wouldn’t be any water. I had kids who needed to be showered for various reasons and there was no way to do that. No shower, no sink, no flushing toilet. We couldn’t even wash our hands or faces or brush our teeth to go to bed. It was very upsetting to pay for a place to stay and shower and not be warned a sink, shower, and toilet replant be available for an entire night.

It was relatively close to the Golden Gate Bridge
Didn't care for the Shady characters hanging around the entryway smoking marijuana. Didn't care for the excessive road noise either.

Nothing. I mean it’s a budget motel. So kind of no frills. But that’s what we expected for that great price. It was a safe clean place to sleep for the night.

Great location! We loved having a Walgreens right across the street and super easy parking. We never had to guess if we had an available parking spot or not. It was a super easy check-in process.
We really liked everything! For the value, the room was more than enough.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler, they made me feel safe and comfortable.
I forgot the coat in the room and they texted me about it right after I left. Not all hotels do that.
The location is great, walking distance to many attractions. Safe to walk around during the day. Also the bus is just in front of the hotel.
It is a bit nosy at night due to the location and big windows instead of a wall.

Cute little revamped motel. I loved that parking was included because parking in San Fran is a nightmare. They even had an AC unit, which wasn't really needed in SF but was a nice touch!
The bathroom and shower were very small. I also found a single silverfish in the bathroom which creeped me out a little but it was the only bug I saw the entire time.

The boys working in the reception were so sweet helpful and honest. I had left my AirPods in my room and check out for my stay in Hilton but the next day the boy from the reception called me and informed me. The customer service here is brilliant. Tbh it was a better experience than staying at a 5 star.

Staff was very kind. Reception 24hs. Security 24hs. Perfect location and still quiet enough.
Bonus: parking. We were in a small van - our main restriction since we had to find some place that included free parking - and guy at reception helped us park it and it worked out.
Very good pick!

Location good. Basic amenities provided. Lobby has coffee machine and microwave. It’s pretty bare basic
No slipper provided and basically the floor aren’t clean. The sink stopper is broken. U have to pull the lever at the bottom of the sink. There is knocking or moving furniture even at 2-3 am. The room has machine sound which I thought was a trailer parked idle out on the street but it was not. I was charge for deposit which was way beyond the room rents. Just worries and it was not explained to me on my way out as I left in a hurry.
