You do need more bathroom hooks etc. And it was A little noisy( city life) at night . Also difficult for my partner to check in since I'm the one who registered and therefore he had to hang out when he intended to rest for 3 hours while I was in appointments.

The staff was very accommodating, even though when I first arrived, I was not in the best of moods. It was not the Desk Man”s fault and he handled the situation very well. I was disgruntled about having to pay an additional hundred dollar deposit fee when I thought I had paid everything already through Booking.com. I later wouldn’t apologized.

They could probably do with getting rid of the carpet, but other otherwise there really wasn’t anything to complain about.

The location was fine and near the venue I was attending a concert at for my one night stay.

2 rooms were accidentally booked when only one was needed. An attempt to cancel the second room within the cancellation period was made but it never went through the system correctly and I was charged for the extra room anyway, even though it was canceled and filled by 5:00pm that day. Management is only available by email and denied my request for a refund. Doubled my cost of my one night stay in a pretty dingy room.

We chose it for the proximity to the Symphony and that is absolutely perfect. We also liked the free parking but weren’t aware that it’s first come first serve. We were lucky that a space opened when we arrived at 3:30pm

Needs some tlc. The room had a bit of an unpleasant smell. Really only the basics and slightly run down. No hairdryer in the rooms.

The best feature of this hotel is its location next to Opera House and Davies Symphony Hall, and the easily accessible parking in front of the hotel—for the cost. The beds are very good, and rooms are clean.

I have stayed at three different rooms in the hotel. The carpet was dingy in one, the bathroom floor was extremely slippery in another, and the internet would not work in the third.

It was clean, had free parking, and the location was excellent and very walkable to tons of restaurants, shopping, SFJAZZ, Asian Art Museum, Symphony, etc.

The facility was pretty run down, and there was no soundproofing - it was extremely loud. Every time anyone around us used their shower or sink, there was a knocking sound from the pipes.

The location is great, you can't beat it. The staff is very nice, and it has your basic necessities.

It's too basic for the price. The key cards keep deactivating. There are no amenities, for example, a water dispenser.
