Location is excellent, on a very safe and stylish neighborhood. Very comfy bed and clean throughout. Staff are helpful and gracious. Unique decor and artwork is a nice touch.
Considering I paid over $250 per night, a lack of basic facilities is surprising. No tea or coffee or drinks at all even water, no elevator, no black out curtains, no hooks or pegs in rooms to hang coats. This was disappointing for the price. I have stayed in much simpler hotels with far more provided. No elevator should be made clearer to guests when booking.
