Front office staff was helpful and professional. The kitchenette was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Our room had a vague musty smell, like stale smoke.
The sales staff contacted us multiple times daily to try and schedule an appointment to listen to their sales pitch. We made it clear from the initial conversation that this was not something we were going to participate in. They were relentless and ruined our visit.

The property is very clean and new, our one bedroom suite is well equipped with everything only without a cooktop, the front desk provided us a electric skillet so we could make our hot breakfast during our stay. The staffs are very friendly. Good price for the hotel.
Only the location if you go out at night you should be more aware of your surrounding.

great location friendly staff. my room was spacious and super comfortable. Lobby was bright and elegant with lots of sitting areas. I felt very secure with staff keeping close eye on the front door its a time share so theres a bit of encouragement to attend the presentation in exchange for a gift but they politely except your refusal. I would stay here again

property was clean and bright,staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. we had a one bedroom suite. very comfortable bed and nice comfortable layout. big bonus having a kitchen( no oven just a microwave). also has a free laundry area which was a big bonus because we stayed a whole week.
parking was expensive ( off site about a block away.. $50 day).. valet only) but seems the going rate in SF. no ATM on-site, therefore be prepared to have cash on hand. closest ATM is about 10-15 walk down and uphill.closest cafe shop was a few blocks away. they do have a coffee brewer in room. Area coming in looked sketchy, however the hotel at itself was ok. area seemed safe as long as you avoided the tenderloin area.

We stayed here for 4 nights, loved the room size and cleanliness. It's convenient to have the kitchenette and their coffee is great. The location is good to walk to everywhere, especially the northeast parts of tourist areas. To reach west-ends of parks, we just used uber, which was very reliable.
It's in an area that one street north or south could make a visible difference, as long as you know where to go and be mindful, it's ok.

Great location, you can walk to a lot of places. The building and the area felt safe. The separate bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and a juicer. Seemed a little silly to us that you can make a smoothie but can't fry some eggs.
The staff was a little weird - when something goes wrong they just blame each other instead of trying to fix the problem. The heating was a big problem because it gets really hot in the bedroom while the main area with the sleeper sofa stays super cold. We had to ask for extra blankets (and after the third time we actually got some). This place is not great for longer stays because housekeeping is not included in the price. You have to pay extra if you want clean towels or sheets. The whole room felt a little dirty, there was dust in some corners.

Great place with a beautiful lobby, nice ambiance, and spacious air-conditioned room. It was complete with cooking facilities & utensils, ref, microwave, & coffee machine. They even supplied dishwashing soap & sealed scrub. I loved the usb sockets at both sides of the bed. The room has a nice daylight shine so you wont need to turn on the light during the day if you so prefer. Location is walking distance to The Masonic which was a big convenience for me watching a concert. Its also walkable enough to a cable ride station near starbucks. I felt very secure as the main entrance is only accessible to guests with room cards & its well-guarded. I also like that they have a counter where they provide tourist info & map to surrounding points of interest. I would totally come back.

Hotel is located in a quiet Street in downtown. 3 blocks to union square. Bus stop is at the door. The suite is very clean with high standard upgrade. The staff is very helpful.
My room can hear the back apartment's heater noise at night. Very disturbed. Called the front desk but was told rooms are all full cannot be switched.

Great location - 7 min to Union square , nice , spacy room with seperated bedroom , well equiped kitchen corner , the staff was really helpful -if you have a car , they will recommend you parking for 40 dollars/ day ( with in/out option ) , resonable ratio price vs quality - definitely we can recommend to stay in this hotel
The sofa was not prepared and we had to do the bed sheets ourselves , also the sofa mechanism was quite outdated incl . the mattress ( would be worth to exchange it )

The 2 step check in process where step 2 is a hard sell to get you to listen to a 90 min timeshare presentation . We did know about this beforehand but doing it when we were just off a long flight was a bit daft. That said we also got very useful info about where to eat, a map etc. We didnt know about the $250 security deposit so that was a bit of a shock and reception staff vague as to when we would get that back.

Decent one-bedroom apartments if you need this with a accessible location. But any walk North is a steep uphill and not ideal.
Several things worth noting: 1) the concierge was fairly aggressive and will push you to join the sales presentation 2) room wasn't that clean and shower was leaking 3) no breakfast or pool
