The room was clean and cold. And it did have shampoo conditioner and body wash. Which would have been great to be told this was available and we would have known so we wouldn't have had to pack our own.
The bed was rock hard which led to a chiropractor appointment that same day, the coffee was cold at breakfast and we came down at 615. The breakfast food was ok, we weren't able to serve ourselves and the pancake machine was broken.

The location is rather loud and the building itself was loud. It sounded as if bowling balls were in the floor above us until about 11pm

The facility is new and overall beautifly setup.
1. We arrived during the day so room was ready and we got situated very quickly.
2. Room was very beautiful and comfortable for us.
3. pool area very neat and tidy with excellent outside BBQ facilities [ I used it and everything worked perfectly]
1. Breakfast is from 6-9 that is way to short of serviving time
2. The staff hardly spoke english or we don't speek spanish! This was frustrating for us to communicate at times
3. You had no choice for the breakfast service, it should be converted to a buffet style breakfast and allow people to choice even if you limit the options available. Not nice cause we missed breakfast cause we wanted to ejoy the room and sleep bit late but coming down at 9 being told breakfast is done for the day is not good if you have family with majority boys as kids!

Loved that they provided free breakfast! A little early for my preference but appreciated nonetheless. The pool was tranquil and clean. The rooms were decent and clean. Beach toys, chairs and umbrellas were even provided for guests. Our family has no complaints!
My husband was looking forward to using the fitness center and was underwhelmed by the facility.

I liked the breakfasts, the staff who clean and work in the kitchen (although not all of them speak English) are very friendly and try to help.
I was not at all satisfied with the situation with the storm flooding the room. We were in a wet room for 5 nights, with a terrible smell and dampness from the water. At the reception, I was refused any option to resolve this issue. They offered me towels.

This is a great Hotel to rest your head at on vacation! The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. They even have things to borrow for your beach days! We were there during Hurricane Debby and following the storm the water was rough so we got our swimming in at the amazing pool! It’s heated and goes to five foot depth. It’s zero entrance and was so relaxing. We took advantage of the tiki bar and the drinks were delicious! The staff was friendly and efficient. They have a great breakfast buffet too. I will continue to return to this amazing hotel. I have zero complaints about our ten day stay here.
