Room was a nice size
We awoke to find a roach which was very disappointing we were thee for work so we had to leave at 3:30 am with no time to stop by the front desk to discuss the issue. Hopefully, this review will help them to know they need to do something because we stay at hotels a lot for business and we don't do bugs that's our worst nightmare ......otherwise the stay was Fantastic!!

The pool, breakfast, large TV. Very comfortable bed.
Terrible check in. Bad experience! I paid for a one bedroom suite. And got down graded for their mistakes. Then they cancelled my reservation after I checked in. Deactivating my key card with my belongings still in my room. Key cards deactivating evey time I left the hotel for the first 2 days. No vending machines.

Totally recommended for groups or family. Very close to the center and the beach.
Parking near the pool should be assigned to the rooms in the East building. since it is too far to park.

Maybe a coffee recharge on the afternoon?, just a suggestion, sometimes there was no coffee.

Convenient location; pet friendly
The grounds are very small, and there is not enough parking to accommodate everyone; the layout of the room made it feel very cramped

The location was nice and convenient to downtown Sarasota and the beaches. The pool and lobby areas were lovely. There is lots of good outdoor seating with and without shade. The people working there were pleasant and helpful.
The room was below our expectations for a Hilton hotel. The room seems in need of a general overhaul. The paint is peeling, the furniture is chipped/faded, there are holes in the curtains and the elevator on our side the building was out of order. The air conditioning was very loud. The shower is incredibly narrow and the carpet in the hallways is in desperate need of replacement. While the booking.com description said the room was 700 sq feet, it did not seem that large to us. (Maybe it was the way the furniture was arranged?). There was very little space between the beds and closet/dresser. Overall, very tired and dated looking. We tried to spend as little time as possible in the room.

Very caring staff, We spoke with her several times. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great customer service. We really enjoyed the breakfast/coffee options, as well as the pool/fitness area. Beds were comfy.
The room was barely musty smelling and had older a/c unit, it appeared, but not terrible. Room was on smaller side for price, BUT was fine and had everything we needed. Overall a great stay!

It's in a great location. The staff both morning and evening was very pleasant. The check in process was also easy and quick. Breakfast options were good, I was able to grab fruit before work.
The condition of the rooms, it wasn't cleaned well so I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean it myself. Also, the TV was glitch on ad, I couldn't watch any of the sports games only a few channels worked without hiccup. The wifi was my biggest issue because it didn't work at all so I couldn't work from the hotel. My coworker says her room had bugs on the curtains but no insects in mine.

The breakfast was excellent, a lot of varieties. The rooms have a full kitchen which was a plus. The pool has a terrace with two barbecues and a lot of seating. Coffee was available the whole day.
I'm not a dog person and there were dogs staying in the hotel which you could encounter with in the elevator or floors. I believe they should keep people with dogs in another side or floor of the hotel.
