Location, clean, decent shower, good TV, sufficient electrical outlets at desk. Hotel coffee was pretty good.
Only a soft stool for the desk (No task chair and thus no back support at desk). The so-called continental breakfast was the worst I have ever encountered... no hot food at all.( dry cereal, bread, tiny yogurt containers, some fresh fruit).
I was forced to supplement the breakfast by going to a restaurant, defeating the purpose of a "complimentary" breakfast.

pool and pool bar was excellent.
Pool bartender was incredible. She asked our names when we sat down and continued to refer to us by first name -
she was great.
nice that they had beach chairs and umbrellas.
Shuttle was great , drivers were very nice and they were extremely timely. you call and they were there in ten minutes max.
Breakfast was not very good.
bagels , bagels and more bagels.
no eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles etc.
fruit was apples and bananas and they were always out of bananas.
Coffee was hot water - they definitely need to up their game on the breakfast.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Pool temp was great and nice size.
Bagel bar for breakfast was ridiculous. We paid for a free breakfast. Didn't even have bread to make toast. We stayed last June when it was Best Western. Breakfast was fantastic. I expected at least the same from a Hilton.
AC unit was sporadic/loud. Jacuzzi jets barely worked.
Price per night was quite a bit higher than when it was a Best Western

I stay at Hilton all the time! Beds were comfortable.
Ad said free breakfast and there were some bagels. Rooms were dirty, no towels and say staff was rude. I waited too long in the lobby while they were chatting to check in. No hot water either and NOT close to the beach. I was so disappointed. This hotel should be removed from the Hilton portfolio. VERY BAD. Everything was subpar.

Close to the beach. Pool was really nice. Chris at the Front desk was very nice.Shuttle service to beach.
no coffee in the room or microwave. Website mentions complimentary breakfast, should have stated continental. Would have liked the same breakfast as other Hilton hotels. Needs to have better pillows are at least a variety of pillows. Did not have hot water for 3 days. Still waiting for reimbursement.

Location was good, also they offer a taxi service (Johnny’s) to anywhere in town for free but you must pay at least $3 to $5 per person as a tip to driver.
There was no variety for Breakfast food. They only had bagels, (no other type of breads or cereal), mini muffins, yogurt, cream cheese, orange juice & coffee (very weak)

Laundry facilities could use an upgrade. Didn’t like they took quarters only and had no change machines nor the front desk didn’t have any quarters to give. I liked the bar by the pool but I didn’t like the fact they took cards only, no cash. Breakfast was sub bar to the Hilton brand; ran out of milk easily and all there was were cereal and bagels.

The room was really nice and clean. It was also big. The walk in shower was also nice. The pool area was excellent. The bar at the pool is great. Everything was clean from all throughout the building to the grounds being taken care of. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The room was really nice and it had a nice refrigerator but the room didn’t have a microwave in it. I had to go to the lobby to use a microwave. All the other hotels I have stayed at, have a microwave in them. This is the first hotel that didn’t have one.

This is great location if you want to mix beach holiday and city area. Next to hotel there is several dinner places which offers good food. Driving to beach area takes about 10 minutes. Also relex evening drive is a great option. Beach in Sarasota is truly white sands and beach is really wide! Lovely!
Things were generally ok. Bit related to this, I did not like that parking was so expensive on beach areas (if you can find a parking place).

In terms of accommodation, it is a hotel that delivers what it promises, but in terms of responding to problems, they simply ignore you and do not provide the slightest support for what we need.
They charged my debit card twice for the amount of my stay and no one has responded to me. I have already sent an email and a message on Booking.com and no response from the establishment. Terrible service.
