The hotel location is around a lot of food places and a ranger outlet.

Our room and especially the bathroom was not clean at all. The bathroom had hair everywhere and the toilet was disgusting. There were bugs in our room. The sheets had stains on them. Housekeeping only come around for ppl who stay 7 nights or more which is ridiculous! For what this place charge per night they have a lot of changes that need to be made. I will not be back at this hotel again. There are plenty of hotels on this street PLEASE DONT PICK THIS LOCATION !

The hotel lobby was clean upon entry, they had a very nice little convenient corner store in the lobby that had an array of snacks and drinks. The room was fairly spacious. The man that welcomed us when we arrived was very friendly. The check in process was very quick.

The room wasn't well presented at all on the inside. Our dresser and bathroom were missing drawers. There was random wires sticking out of the walls and our peephole was missing (the hole for it was there but the actual peephole was missing and covered up in the front).

The room was filthy. Stool left in toilet from worker or previous guess. Call the front desk request for the bathroom & room to be cleaned and was told no else but her was there and she could not leave the front desk. Room was never cleaned. Rude and very poor customer service. This property need to shut down!

I enjoyed speaking with Mr. Joe, he was extremely polite and helpful. Also, the location to of hotel to shopping was very convenient.

I book a King suite 2 weeks prior and came in town early to make sure I received the room i booked. It was confirmed at 12pm that my room was confirmed and paid for. I then return back to the hotel a few hours later and then was told that my room was given away and they didnt have anymore rooms available due to fathers day weekend. So I was offered a king room only with my husband and adult son. I had to go and purchase a blow up mattress/pillow and blanket for my son. They offered an accommodation price like they were doing me favor and advise customer service that this was accommodation price. The the fee's should be adjusted since i went from king suite to a basic room. I will never stay here again.

Well my husband spent 40 min trying to plumb the toilet because it kept over flowing due to gauze being flushed down it they said they would discount the room and didnt . It definitely was not worth the 100+ we spent on it

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly. We traveled with our toddler so it was fantastic that the room had a door between the bedroom and the main living room/kitchen area, so when he went to bed, we could shut the door and not have to worry about the TV waking him up.

Room and facility was very uncomfortable overall. When you walked into the room it was very moist and wet (maybe due to the humidity in the facility) the facility didnt make any accommodations when we mentioned how uncomfortable we were. wen I first arrived they gave me and my mom the wrong rooms. Then I was able to change to the correct room. But my mom couldn't,BC the claim they was out. My mom said she will never stay here again. Then wen I was switched to my correct room that next morning my toilet over flowed. The hold bathroom was flooded. So I was up around 6 am cleaning up water off the floor. I also moved the sofa around in my room. It was so nasty behind it. The tub wasn't clean. And the fan in the bedroom for the air didn't work. So I had to make it real cold in the living room. So the air can flow in the bedroom. Never again will I stay here again.

We didn't have breakfast in the morning, not even sure if that was offered but we had an excellent stay. I was really hesitant about booking without ever seeing this place, especially being that it was dog friendly, but it was awesome. Very clean and we slept great in the kind bed. The refrigerator and small kitchen was a great bonus too.. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

It smelled a little musty out in the hallways and in the room when we first entered.. We turned down the A/C and we didn't notice the smell as much in our room after a while.

Location, it's right off 95n lots of shops and eateries and just far enough away from downtown Savannah

The carpet is very worn. The floor wasn't swept. The shower soap was empty. The walls are thin. House keeping knocked at 930am then at 1030 and again at 11, like we know when check out time is.
