The location was great and had shopping and restaurants close by. The room was big and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a week stay. The free parking and breakfast was great as well.
We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool, however, the pool was closed the first two days and once it was refilled, the water was freezing cold so we couldn't get in. The hot tub was out of service the entire week.

The breakfast was great! I don't think we had clean sheets on beds, not enough towels and room was not cleaned the second day.
Clean sheets and spreads, more towels, and a fresh room the second day.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. The outlets were close and there was a variety of great restaurants to choose from within miles of the hotel. Our room was clean, the breakfast area included an omelette chef, and all of the staff were courteous and accommodating. There was also an Imax movie theatre across the street from the hotel.

Beautiful property. The complementary happy hour was awesome and the breakfast was the best Ive had at a hotel. They have made to order food. But, what really makes this place shine is the staff. they are friendly and accommodating. The woman who works at the restaurant on the evening shift is AMAZING! I didnt catch her name but she was fantastic!
It was a little pricy.

It was a very clean facility. It was very comfortable accommodations. The location was in the heart of where we needed to be.
All the amenities closed early. The hours of operation caused a very big damper on my stay, which was the bar and the restaurant.

Honestly, nothing.
I have photos of a stain on my sheets of a yellow blotch. The pillowcase had red smeared on the corner, I have a picture of too. The AC did not pull down much and I have heat sensitive issues. When asking for assistance we were confronted by a rude staff

Good location
Cold showers, wasnt very clean, the staff was not any help and another staff member had to step in. For example the room key was placed on desk in front of me I wasnt told this is your room key, the room that I have, the floor or even where elevators were located to get to the room.

Breakfast average, grits were like grits soup. Way too watery. Facilities were fine.
The complimentary happy hour was a joke. The server didn't listen to order requests, the drinks were very skimpy (worst I've ever seen). She gave generous drinks to certain people. I observed from sitting at the bar. She and her supervisor were physically cozy with. This was very unprofessional.

I love the Manager special and the hotel breakfast, the location is near the outlet that I wanted to shop and I always stay at Embassy Suites whenever I tea
I could not cut the shower off, I had to get out of the shower and cut the water completely off. The carpet had a few spots on it also, it needed a deep cleaning

Great location, bar inside and breakfast were awesome. Kitchen was good but no utensils.
The couch was stained, the shower floor was dirty. It looked as though someone had walked in the shower with their shoes on, there were stains on the shower floor. I was able to clean it but I should not have had to do that.

The location was convenient.
Pool was dirty. Breakfast was burnt every morning, and moldy fruit was consistently sat out for guests. Everything was old with many things broken throughout hotel. We tried to check out after the first night and was told we could not.
