Rooms/beds/showers very comfortable and clean. Everyone friendly. Concierge was very helpful. Rooftop view was great!
I thought everything was exceptional except the breakfast. It wasn't bad, just typical of hotel breakfast food. I did like the pancakes .. very tasty and pancake maker much easier to use than the typical waffle maker.

The room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop has amazing views of the river and the bridge at sunset, but we didn't swim in the pool because it was too cold when we visited.
There's a parking garage next door to the hotel with a daily maximum of $20 (it's $40 if you choose the hotel valet).
Breakfast lacked some more fresh fruit or healthy options, even some milk alternatives would have been nice. The square next to the hotel gets a bit weird at night but overall the area feels safe.

Location is good, within walkable distance to the river walk and market , Staff are really good and courteous , great customer experience
Carpet inside the room is very bad, shampooing is needed. Parking beside this building there are plently free but the boards says full which will force you to give for Wallet when travelling with family , which is extra 50$ .
all the parking lots around by are full even though the parking spots are empty

The parking is so expensive. We were only there for two days so $90 to park plus tip. This is the only downside to the hotel.

The location was absolutely PERFECT! This was my third time visiting Savannah and three times is the charm! We were around the corner from the Pink House, across the street from the Cotton Exchange and the steps down to the most vibrant part of River Street. We will absolutely return here next year!
Well, the $45 per day parking fee wasn't wonderful. We could have parked at the public parking facility next door but I felt the car -- which had tons of our stuff -- would be safer in their private lot and it was worth the extra $.

I love being so close to River Street and its convenient to walk around the Historic District. The breakfast staff was good and had gluten free items ready for me.
We only received housekeeping service once, and we had to call the desk twice to receive it. It took more than two hours after calling, and they came when we were out to dinner, which was about 8:30 or 9:00 at night. Much too late than we would like it.

Location is perfect. Nice view from the roof top, pool. Pretty quiet room. Good bath towels. Very helpful valet parking guys.
Broken luggage stand. We have to ask a few times to bring a new one. Staff was not helpful on one shift (but very helpful on another). Broken light (fixed fast by helpful shift). Polyester bed sheet. Missed one time cleanning. Very boring breakfast with bad coffee ( no fruits and vegetables). No bath robe. Light from the door in the night. Very thin blanket, you have to ask about addtional, because they don't have spare blanket in a room.

The breakfast was good. The location of the property was great.
The bed wasn’t ver comfortable. The upgraded room with the balcony facing the street was very noisy the entire stay. It was very difficult to sleep during the night; because every automobile could be heard passing by. No windows were open. Wish better sound proofing of the roof was done.

The location was amazing and the kitchen staff was absolutely fantastic. Those ladies were amazing. Our room has a gorgeous view from the balcony.
The room was very humid and had a slight odor. The property also cancelled our reservation prior to arrival because they tried to authorize my card without permission and it wasn’t allowed. The ice maker didn’t work on our floor and the bathroom sink had a slow drain.

Location was just right. Convenient to River Street and accessible to all transportation. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room view was great.
Hotel had to shut off water between 11:30 AM and 4 PM two days. The elevator did not work twice (didn't register the floor pushed, didn't move, then finally started). Not a comfort to those in the elevator. Breakfast could have been better considering price of room.

The breakfast was inadequate. For the money paid there should be more food such as more fruit and more staff.
Also, one of the beds in our room had a piece of the bed frame sticking out. Very dangerous. We did tell the staff when we left. It didn’t appear that they wrote anything down

Clean sheets and towels every day. Quick response to an issue with the toilet needing repair - within 15 minutes, and actually resolved the issue. Great location. Concierge was very helpful to answer questions. Fast elevator. Parking garage next door.
Had to pay for parking, but there was a parking garage next door. We had a noisy toilet, but it was fixed very quickly. The lounge chair was dirty/stained and also the floor was stained. The ice maker was broken throughout our stay. Our room was near the elevators so it was noisy at times. View not attractive - parking garage and backside of the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and well-maintained. Our room was on the back and was very quiet at all times. Location is excellent - close to plenty of restaurants and the river walk. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. The hotel bar was nice - good strong drinks.
Only very minor complaints. The towels are scratchy, probably overdried. The glass shower door is cool, but the water on it drains directly onto the floor when it is opened. The toilet paper holder was mounted in an awkward place under the vanity.
Parking costs $$, like everywhere else in Savannah.
