I liked the outdoor hot tub

Our room with hot tub was given to someone else when we checked in. the front desk clerk and manager stated that was because we did not call and request a hot tub in the room. 3rd time coming here, never happened before. totally disappointed!

The pool was awesome! The entire property was beautiful l. We had a jetted bath in our room which was amazing. The whole place really was an oasis in the gross city!

Everything was great, a suggestion though would be maybe battery operated candles next to the bath… and the waterfall in the pool wasn’t on in the morning when I went to the pool to take a swim before leaving ? it was the main reason I booked the room there and I didn’t get to enjoy it, maybe have the waterfall turned on during open pool hours?

Loved the grounds, the cleanliness everywhere and the kind people and staff. Everyone did a great job making sure I had what I needed, etc!

Would have preferred more dining/food options.

Nice accommodations and pool.

I reserved this short vacation on booking.com. We were disappointed because we were not told that it was two separate rooms connected by an adjoining door and we were not told that one of the rooms was a handicap room. My assumption was that it was a good sized 2 bedroom suite, which it wasn't. We were also told at check in that we would not be the beneficiary of maid service.

Rooms were a good size and it was in a good location, within 10 mins of the property.

It is a smoke free site, really defeating the purpose of the balcony.

The music by the pool was crap. Jungle Music, with older White people. You could tell most people were annoyed by it. Fire the Stupid DJ.

Wow! Love it. It was a like a little apartment. It has all the amenities and I felt safe.

The tub was a little dirty, but it’s okay.

Great location near 101 Highway and other work needs in Scottsdale.

Quite dated rooms that are tight and poorly designed. The property really needs a refresh as you can tell it was built awhile ago. The room design didn’t make any sense and there were windows in the bathroom that looked out onto the public breezeway. In January, we didn’t make much use of the resort amenities because of the temperature. Paying $25/day for self parking was an unfortunate surprise.

They refused to refund or credit my first night and actually had my booking cancellled upon arrival until I expressed how I had called to notify of a flight change prior to arrival and that I was a patient at the Mayo Clinic. I was very upset initially

Very good location and Clean.

On check Out we discovered a $25 per day parking fee. Absolutely Ridiculous !! This apparently is a corporate policy in my view needs to be changed.

We stayed in the King room with fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The location was perfect for shopping, hiking and dining. The set-up was perfect with kitchenware, microwave and even washer and dryer. The concierge was definitely interested in a 90 minute timeshare meeting in which none of the reviews mentioned, however they were not pushy at all and remained professional when we declined. I would recommend staying here.

The villa was cleaned prior to our visit, however the border of the shower had visible dirty areas. I feel that the bathrooms should definitely be of priority.

Beautiful facility with a superb staff.

Children were unsupervised and running around the pool pushing and hitting each other with pool noodles. They were in the hot tub /spa with toys and footballs . Not a relaxing hot tub .

The suites were comfortable and very well stocked, great location for our purpose of visiting, and the pool was absolutely awesome! We actually preferred it to the JW Marriott!

Pull out sofas for the kids are always rough and I wish there was more of a little convenience store on site.

Convenient location for me

The room was dark and small. My car had an infestation of ants/spiders from the trees in the car park which was unpleasant to find. The property whilst nice compared poorly (decor, light, facilities and room size) compared to similarly priced properties nearby (specifically Marriott canyon villas)

All of the villa staff, from security guards, maintenance staff, receptionists, to concierge services, were all exceptional and extremely helpful. Loved separate pool areas. Liked the Sheraton's hot chocolate hour in the lobby. It was a nice touch. Liked the bar-b-que grills, workout room, and beautiful landscaping.

Definitely DID NOT LIKE paying $30.00 per night to park plus breakfast was not included. These extras add up. Next time, I will probably go elsewhere and use the $$$ to stay an extra night, stay at a hotel that includes breakfast, or simply save the $$$. The villa property was wonderful and a nice experience. I knew the additional costs before staying, but I will likely not stay there again.
