Friendly staff. Walkable to restaurants. I appreciated being given option to stay in quieter section of hotel.

This is a great hotel for a young group of friends or anyone interested in the bar scene. It was a little loud but we appreciated the hotel offering a quieter room option at check-in.

Amazing staff and atmosphere along with the electric night life made our girls birthday weekend complete.

The night door man had a snarky attitude.

Pool was fun, bars were nice

Called for towels three times never came. Opted out of room service at the start of the trip and then after day 2 asked if we could get someone to take out the trash and pick up a little and they said no cause I opted out.

Absolutly nothing about this place was good. i really hated every second of my time there. even when trying to think of something that was good it's almost impossible... bad things were happening with this hotel from the first second.

Worst hotel experience I've had in my life. I'm staying at high end hotels every month and have never experienced such a military, aggressive approach towards hotel guests ever. The security team force-opened my room after a druggie said that his things are in my room, they tried to say that I knew the guy, and I did, but he was never on the rooms same. After trying to explain more to them the manager called security and said that I have charged them with theft, which I didn't and that I am now trespassing and would be removed from the hotel at 11pm to the street!. Never caused any noise/disturbance to anyone. This hotel should not be a part of the w brand that I love so much, I am not canceling my Marriot membership along with 10 people from the conference we were at.

The proximity to the nightlife.

The rooms are very small and the bathroom is an overgrown hall closet. Very oddly situated with no privacy at all. Limited counter space. The bathroom was an afterthought it seems.

Staff was amazing

Walking into our room on the second floor there was such a strong smell of ammonia and bleach through our the hallway that made our eyes water for an hour or so. Furthermore, the room had lights that had no switches and we had to have the room in low light bc there was no way to turn on the lamps.

Close to downtown, could walk everywhere. The pool is large with plenty of lounge chairs and seating area.

Drinks and food are outrageously priced. On a very slow week, we were placed on the East side of the hotel that was right next to construction and loud bars with music going until 2am. We easily could've been placed on the West side with a thoughtful staff member considering the situation at hand. Would stay there again and request and interior room with a garden/pool view or West facing room.

It’s a lovely hotel, the rooms are clean and the hotel staff are generally great

This really isn’t a hotel for a solo traveller over the age of about 35. That being said, I got the emails that it was a party and I chose to stay there anyway
