The room has almost everything one may need, but the facility seems old and low quality
from time to time, I could find the staff on duty to solve problems. The breakfast is not a real one and should not be listed as an attraction (just pies, juice and coffee everyday). It took a long time for the bath water to get warm.

I didn't like anything.
They said breakfast was included but they only served cold apple pies in boxes and coffee. Very disappointed There was no WiFi available. The hotel was in a very bad part of town, lots of crime and illegal activities. Definitely not worth what we paid.

The room was clean. That's about it.
They said they were serving breakfast. I go down there and it's 2 honey buns and 2 sunny ds. I paid $316 for 2 nights !! U can't hook it up with some good break fast ? Also there's prostitutes on the next street. People would come out and slams their doors which was really annoying. The man at the service desk was rude, idk why. And the rooms smell weird.

The staff was very friendly, the location was convenient and it was a nice space for a quick trip where we spent most of the time out and about!
The bathroom, specifically the tub, could have used a little more cleaning maybe,. There was a dark footprint on the bottom of the bathtub that I had to scrub but we made do, I suppose.

There was Nothing I liked . Which is the truth .
The beds were horrific! You could literally feels the springs in the bed . I seriously would have been more comfortable in my car . I do Not like leaving bad reviews, but I dont want anybody else to waste their money. I wouldve moved to another hotel, but everything was booked because there was a concert at lumen field so prices were bumped way way up.. The bathroom window was wide open with no screen when we got there. On top of the microwave is gross and cruddy . The shower sounded like it was screaming when you turned it on.not to mention the rats in the parking lot !!!

Website is deceiving. The website makes the property look good. It's very outdated, and not appealing at all. The location is undesirable.

Location was great. Easy access to the e bus to go downtown. Very accessible to get to the university of Washington. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Very welcoming and helpful.
We didn't have any hand or face soap when we came in the room. Had to ask get staff to open door to get ice from ice machine which was very inconvenient to our stay.

Comfortable bed, clean room, nice staff, good price compared to other nearby motels.
The place is tired and in need of sprucing up. Elevator not working. Had a homeless person passed out fifty feet from our door. Outside entrance only. Didnt feel safe in the unit we were assigned to so had them move us closer to the office. The neighborhood is getting sketchy. Explains the lower price. And the breakfast? Forget it! Seriously, forget it! Nice staff though and very accommodating.

First you walk in looked ok for what the out side property look like. Once you walk around notice more things. The white sheets had little black balls make you think it could've be bed bugs but looking more it was little lint maybe from the carpet but why if my bedding was clean or was .it washed with something. Either way with the lack of upkeep would make you think that could be.
Took a while for the hot water to come. The certian did not shut all the way.

Could not get a good nights sleep for two nights as it was too noisy. This was due to traffic from Aurora Street People at the bus stop were sitting next to our room on the outside, waiting for the bus. Homeless people walking by pushing their carts.
