Close to airport, has a restaurant and fitness room

The heater in the bedroom was extremely loud all night long. My room was right next to the exit door to the bridge to the next building, people used it all night long and it also is very noisy.

I liked the view of the airport.

First room we were in ended up having water leaking from the light above the shower. They moved us to another room, where the glass in the sliding door had a 1/2 inch gap. When maintenance came to check on it he just said it’s the frame and left. We did not hear anything back from it. I asked the front desk the next day and they said one wouldn’t know anything about that. We had paid for parking and were told just to use the room card to get out but that never worked and had to call the front desk everytime we needed to leave.

The location close to the airport is great. They also offer long stay parking while traveling.

The property is a bit dated. The layout is sprawling so getting to the room with luggage was an unwelcome chore. The entire parking area is gated and tightly packed with cars using their extended stay parking. The only spot for us was 100 yds from our room.

Room was clean, on-site food was good, fitness room was equipped with a Peloton bike.

Room itself was dated (old carpet, bathroom tiles, etc). No Smart TV in room (just regular cable). No room service (but one could order to-go from restaurant). Check-in was about an hour wait (from 12:30am to 1:30am), and I noticed this line was long throughout my stay.

The staff is very nice. Property is clean and so are the rooms. Location is very good.

No parking. The room key would not allow you in without taking a ticket nor would it let you out of the parking area. Had pay a huge fees, $25 for an hour and $44 for overnight, and then fill out paperwork to get reimbursed. Had to visit the desk 4 times in 2 days about parking. Got 2 new key cards, but none of them worked on the parking gates.

They had a good happy hour. I liked that the shuttle ran every 20 minutes vs on the half hour. There was a great place for dinner across the street called Sharp’s Roasthouse.

The room and especially, the bathroom, were pretty bleak. I wasn’t crazy about the sprawling-ness of the property. But the main thing was the stark bathroom environment. I think the room did not warrant the cost. If the room was $95-$100…ok….but not $160

We stayed in an executive king suite with a wrap around balcony and sectional couch. It was a beautiful room for the price. Breakfast was amazing. The whole aesthetic was very pleasing. The staff was very helpful and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Very low ceilings in the bathroom. Had to pay 40 extra dollars for parking. They charged my card $70 for breakfast that was already included in my stay but I called the accountant and she was able to refund me very quickly.

bed was comfortable, staff was polite and efficient. Surprisingly, the hotel is next to a busy international airport yet it was very quiet. Noise was never a problem.

No fridge, no microwave, tub drain was clogged, toilet too close to the wall to sit evenly, Room was way too far away from the event I stayed there for, as in closed my exercise ring every day walking back and fourth. Would have been closer to event if I'd stayed in the hotel across the street (literally!) Food was same quality as Denney's but three times as explensive and no room service. For what I paid all of these amenities should have been available!

Great location, close to the airport & major roads.

The hotel shuttle is used by both guests & airport parking. The shuttle was full so the driver did not stop for us. The second bus was also full but we were able to board the bus & stand. Time from pickup to room was 90 minutes at midnight.
