I order a top shelf tequila, because I have bad reactions to cheap liquor, so it’s worth it to pay more. But they obviously place super cheap liquor in top shelf tequila bottles. I had one drink That I paid for and was sick and still hung over by next day. I will never do this again. I stay in all sorts of hotels for business and this was the only time this has happened to me. So my trust is gone with embassy suites in this regard.

Very dirty all over. In rooms, in the elevators, in the lobby. Kinda disgustingly dirty too. Puke on carpets. Rust and stuff that resembles mold in the bathroom. Lime buildup on shower head. Windows so dirty you couldn’t see out of them. Lastly, they shut the breakfast down 20 to 30 mins earlier than the time frame which was terribly annoying and inconvenient

We chose this hotel since it was right off Route 75. The breakfast was adequate. Not what I am used to with an Embassy Suites.

The entire hotel was tired and old! I am surprised that Hilton brands their name at this location. Rooms were not very clean. Bathroom floor and tub dirty! Refrigerator barely worked. Workers spraying air vents with bleach for the black mold! Carpet horrible! Juta generally not a place I would ever stay at again! If I could rate it 0 I would have.

For outside areas to be cleaned and picked up a lil more. Unfortunately people eat and drink out there and leave dishes and cups . Which is not presentable to such a nice place. It gives and impression that it may not be a clean place which I know it is. It’s just unpresentable as you first approach. But I’ve stayed there 3 times in the past few months and I have experienced nothing but the best. I recommend this location.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spacious. The location of my room was conveniently located on the 1st floor. The bed was comfortable.

The room had a sour smell at the entrance of the room. The covers were a little thin for my taste. With the heater on I still had to double up on clothing and put on socks to stay warm.
