Staff were all polite and respectful. Food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty. Location to the stadium was perfect as well as the shuttle they provided.

The hotel was clean, beds soft and lots of pillows so overall the price was good except I would not have expected the wallpaper in the bathroom to be peeling in several areas.

I was not aware of the $25 per day parking. The $25 buffet cost. Fitness center was very small. NOOOOOOOO Coffee in the morning.

Only heavy curtains so you couldn’t even let light in the room without seeing a horrible site. And last but not least, the shuttled used for evening pick up was also dirty. The step up was very high and no step was provided or a hand from the driver, just a yell to watch your step. I ended up tipping the top layer of my big toenail off and the skin at the base of my toe. It’s very ugly.

The location was super close to the airport, the had luggage storage and a shuttle to and from the airport. The food was good. There was plenty to do in the area everything was in a 10- 20min walk.

Don’t charge me $350+ for an airport hotel and make me pay for parking. That’s absurd. Make your parking money off people not staying at the hotel. Parking wasn’t that expensive. It’s just the principal. It’s just unnecessary and disingenuous.

The staff at the restaurant

For the price. It was not worth it. The ceiling had damage. The bathroom had orange colored condensation on the top near the ceiling dripping off after shower. The trash can had trash when we got there and there were still soap suds in the bath tub. Made me wonder if the bedding was changed. It was in the ghetto. I didn't feel safe. For the price that I paid it was not worth it. Highly disappointed.
