I have issued complaints with booking and the hotel and was promised not being charged for the first night and discounted the 2nd night out of our 5 day stay since we were booked into a room with direct overhead construction going on , no internet, no in room phone service first room also had bugs 3 rd room no phone, no internet, no place to hang clothes or drawers for 3 days lived out of suit case no iron

Upon arrival room strong odor of mariguana advised front desk of such upon departure because smell would come and go. Room was only used for sleeping due to spending time with family out of the room.
Hotel was under renovation and room had dents and paint chipped throughout. Room wasn’t too cleaned as there was hair and garbage underneath bed. Also the sting smell of smoke of and on. Advise front desk and was told it was neighboring room.

Most important to me was cleanliness. It was super clean. Room was set for comfort and relaxation. Extra work desk and leather recliner chair, fridge and microwave. Everything was clean. The bed sheets were clean and smelled clean.
Breakfast was good enough to grab something. Perhaps bigger size coffee cups (current cups were like 8 or 10 oz) and a bit more varied. You don't alot of variation but perhaps bread/muffin type options w/the pkg danishes. The sandwiches were in a freezer to be warmed up by microwave/area was small or tight. But again, I appreciated having basic options for breakfast

Everything else. It was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in: dirty stained carpets, bugs in sink and tub, outside was a mess. Very creepy experience. I was up all night with the noise outside. To top it off there were rats around the property. My husband barred the door with chair under the handle. Never again. We would have left but it was late when we got there and we had an early flight!

The man on the desk was very polite and tried to help.
Nothing. I reserved a room. Due to flight delays, I arrived after midnight. I had called earlier and told a different staff member that I was arriving after midnight and was told it was OK my room would be ready. When I arrived, I had no room. The staff tried to find another hotel, but they had no rooms.

First there are cockroaches, the air conditioning seems like the filter is dirty because it causes allergies, and lastly they charged me 100 dollars from my card when I arrived With the promise of a refunded me anything on the contrary they charged me 100 dollars plus 200. Pool open 24 hr people is hanging there until 3 am with laud noise not let the guests sleeping when I need to take a flight the same morning I leave the room more earlier because of the crowd noise by window and inside the pool . We report this to the front desk the same night and no one do anything. I will not ever stay here ever again

It was already pretty trashed. The bathroom was dirty, floors hadn't been swept, resident cock roaches in bathroom. Front desk gave us a can of bug spray. Desk clerk didn't seem to know where the ice machine was- finally found it outside upstairs. Suitcase rack was broken and desk clerk didn't have another. No luggage kart. Breakfast was very sparse, cold items, yogurt in frig was out of date. Coffee was good.

The hotel was very clean, with a microwave and fridge. I appreciated the Dove soap. The shuttle was on time. Very conveniently located to a car rental place where you can drop it off and you can walk over to your hotel, a major plus if considering staying long term and not worrying about dropping your car off at the airport and then catching a flight. There were plenty of places to eat along the area (the IHOP is not worth the time). TV is compatible with Firestick or Roku.
There was no closet but I only stayed for one night. The wifi was down which was inconvenient for checking in for flight and downloading your boarding pass but I believe it was just temporary and only for my visit. The shuttle is shared with the Ramada hotel so you have to give yourself an extra hour. For example my flight was at 7:00 but I couldn't take a 5 a.m. because it ran every hour so I had to take the 4:30, something to keep in mind.

The location is great. Next to ALOT of shops and a international mall
The hotel is dated and is currently under renovation in most rooms.. the room I was in was newly renovated however, there was still damaged walls and paint. THE ROOM HAS NO PHONE & THERE WAS NO WIFI It was a rushed job. Coffee machine in the room was dated as well. And the breakfast was absolutely HORRIBLE.

I was staying at the hotel for a few days and it turned out to be a few more days. So I had to book reservations with a room A few times,
I could not be prompt checking in and checking out even though I had reached reservations. And paid p*** upset the management.
.stemmilly had a problem with me the whole time. On the day , I had reboot early that morning and paid but fell asleep, The manager came around for a annoyed and mad at me and woke me up as I was sleeping.
Before I could get-app-and-go up there and check out and check back in. She came around. Tell me to get out even though I had reservations and paid and threatened me with the police. Just for not coming up checking out and checking back in, I had a lot of property because again. I was soon to be moving into my new home.
I could not leave quick enough. So the police send upcoming and telling me to get out quicker. That's what she wanted the manager. When I got up to the front. The booking company had refunded me my money but my deposit I was told was being kept as a late payment and they put a Pepsi on me on my day of departure keeping the $100 and I had already paid. And book earlier that morning. So I was charged a late fee of $75 cause. I fell on a sleep from being up two days working and I fall asleep, So with the 75 hour late fee for coming up there to just check in and check out a minor formality. Since The room had been paid for and booked . So in theory I got robbed of a hundred dollars. I will be taking up this complaint further. That put me on the street that night and nowhere to go.
Until the next day. Talk about hospitality.
I think the manager lady was mad. Because I had mentioned about me and blood on the ceiling in the bathroom. Maybe from somebody shaving I don't know in the shower.
I will be continue with this complaint somewhere else. Because I got harassed almost the whole time I is there for Minor details

breakfast was serve yourself simple pastries or porridge some waffles and toast available with yogurts. Very simple but much as expected. Airport shuttle was excellent and good reason to book.
Room was good size and clean but the wifi was not working this was big negative.and the surrounding area was littered with containers and the dirty back of the IHOP

The staff was nice
The hotel was run down, the door had cracks in the seal so mosquitos were in the room and the bed was not comfortable at all.
