Rooms were disgusting filthy requested non smoking walked into the first room that reeked of cigarettes requested another room 2nd room same situation and very dirty. Do not recommend this property if you are traveling with small children as I was not safe at all. Requested a refund and left the property and they still charged me.

The price is right for this basic motel room. A nice place to lay one's head. The check in staff was very welcoming and the room was clean and AC worked as did heat. Next door to Denny's and Chevron. A great road trip motel for one night.
The comforters were a bit worn. There is not curtains over the windows, just a white sheer fabric. It is close to a freeway, so just know that it is not a quiet place to rest but if you aren't a light sleeper, this place is good for the price.

The room was comfortable, housekeeping was quiet in the mornings and very helpful when we requested things from them. Most people working at the front desk were extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating.
Only 2 sets of towels were provided in the QQ room. Our wall ac unit did not cool down the room very well at all

Convenient location.
Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Only a thin bedspread and no blanket. Tucson does get cold and not having enough bedding is horrible at night. No maid service, not even to empty the trash or replenish towels. Very disappointed with this hotel experience.

We enjoyed and felt comfortable when they moved us to the upgraded room.
We found bed bugs and was put in 3 smoking rooms and I got sick from the smell of it and trouble breathing . As I have asthma . Our 3 year old also .

I liked it when I first checked in and I always thought that what my father said about integrity was right so I tried it later on in life and it didn't work out quite right. Me and my dog who we paid a pet deposit fee for over 2 months which mind you comes out to 15 * 30 * 2.... A deposit that's non-refundable and that's just for my dog and he's not even supposed to be on the bed they said. But a TV accidentally got broke and it was only a 32-in LG which you can find on offer up for about 50 bucks nowadays but I went to the office and was honest and explained to them I still had two more days left that were paid for but I wanted to move rooms and I would try to replace the TV in the process since I paid the deposit already. She came the next day and kicked me out without any warning because of a broken TV and the microwave door was misplaced it wasn't on right but I'm not a engineer so I didn't put it together in the first place. The refrigerator door wasn't on right either when I moved into the room either but I quickly fixed it with out a screwdriver and all they needed to fix the damn microwave door would have been a Phillips head screwdriver so they charged us $200 extra on top of the two days that she canceled out that we're already paid for so in actuality she got $400 for free and all of the pet deposits 15 * 30 * 2 I told you just like that is what they stole from me and I'm homeless looking for a place to live and I can never find one because these God damn people that marry foreigners just to get into a business management position yes her last name is Pavlik and she's a white girl from America which would have been her business however the hospitality is poor and she's from America. And she's robbing us just like the goddamn Arabians n*****.... That's bad publicity.
I don't like anything they all talk about you getting your business and you can't have any privacy there's no such thing as a goddamn private hotel room in God damn Arizona no more

I wanted non smoking i booked online n got a smoking room and i felt like i smelled like smoke... the breakfast area is crowded with only 1 waffle maker ppl were very greedy 1 person standing there making their whole family waffles n others missed out. . I wish staff would have kept a closer eye on it and for better coordination...we went just for waffles ! N didn't get any... cereal n muffins were good at least
