The towels were LARGE, not the puny ones a lot of places give you, and they were really really soft. Same thing with the sheets. I had just had surgery, and this was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in ~ wonderful pillowtop mattress! It was a real joy, after the day I'd had in the hospital!
The coffee machine had no instructions, and instead of the pull-out basket, there was this flimsy plastic thing in a sealed plastic bag. At first I had no idea what it was. Once I figured that out, it really didn't fit into the slot very well, and I'm pretty mechanically minded. But I REALLY wanted that first cup of coffee, so I persevered. Worth it, yeah, but geez, guys, at least leave instructions!!!

The lights have a problems of not working. Light switch had a short in the room offset. The plug was only working on one out outlet. The person that checked us in was less than frendly.

The location was alright for me. We were glad to have had a parking place. The area seemed to have been safe. The room was big enough and the beds were comfortable. The hotel's cancellation policy was flexible enough.
The view from the window could have been better. What was a bit annoying though was the noise made by people dragging their wheeled suitcases at night.

We liked that the hotel was close to everything in town.
We didn't get the room we booked. Then, when we did get into our room, the bathroom was incredibly dirty. The tub and the toilet was FULL of hair. It was not cleaned. We switched rooms, but the front desk was dismsive about the situation and didn't give us a key to get back into our original room. Our new room was still dirty. I had to buy cleaner and clean the tub, sink, counter, and toilet. I should not have to do that, especially with how much money I'm paying. The sink had toothpaste, there was hair in the tub still, there was a big white mystery stain on the counter. The whole stay, we had no hot water as well. You can not move the shower head, and the water pressure is like a jet so the floor would flood. The stay over service was bad. They only took the trash in the bathroom, didn't take the dirty towels, and didn't ever make the bed.

Very friendly hard working staff they do their best with what they have to work with for instance the front desk in the evening has one person doing the work of three and she really does what she can and is cheerful.
Several retail stores nearby and if youre looking for a convenient location to shop at a large discount department store and eat fast food.
This hotel has very reasonable rates on their website so if price is your main consideration this hotel may be a good choice for you
My first room was disgusting it had large black smelly stains on the carpet and just plain worn out and dirty room.
They were accommodating and moved us to a different room which was much better and they said it was their last room but maybe they could find something better in the morning but it still had a strong musty smell and my wifes allergies flared up and we had a rough night.
I went and checked on my car and there was a woman that lived in her truck on one side but she was friendly and a suspicious looking couple on the other side and later there was a used condom where they were parked. There were many old cars and trucks in the lot.
In the morning at 5 am the parking lot came alive and many of the vehicles had little or no mufflers it sounded like a demolition derby going on down there.
At 6:30 am the landscapers start their gas blowers and lawn equipment and again its extremely loud and at 7:30 am housekeeping starts pounding on doors.
This all sounds like its happening right in your room
Breakfast is in a room with carpet thats covered with huge black stains and if you come a hour before 9 am most of the food is gone and the room is packed with people it seems no one skips breakfast at this hotel even the plates and watery yellow what may be possibly eggs were gone.
I paid for a nice La Quinta room so I was very disappointed but if I had booked directly though the hotel I would have paid much less and it would have been a case of you get what you pay for unfortunately I had paid in advance for two nights

Just about everything.. not La Quntas I have stayed in all over the US from management to breakfast: rude Had to have a breakfast ix to prove you stayed there? cold eggs, many times or ran out of food. yogurt, bagels, etcs Bed sink middle, holes in bathroom wall, screen door broke to outside but didn't open curtains as was facing stairway folks walked passed. too many things to mention

Very disappointing as it looks great .we always book a hotel that has a heated pool your advertisment is totally misleading. Breakfast attendent spent more time chatting to reception staff instead of paying attention to the breakfast items which had ran out and needed refilling!

The hotel and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. I have stayed in many La Quinta and Wyndham hotels, this one was far and above the worst, except staff!
Room desperately needed an upgrade. There was water damage all around the bathtub that needed to be caulked and fixed. Sink and towel holder. Were in disrepair. Sheets were never changed. Only bed made, they had holes in them. Refrigerator barely worked.

The internet was good and location wasn't bad. Other than that can't think of anything that stood out about out stay. The front desk people were friendly on check in.
The room we were in was in need of refurbish. beds made noise when you laid down, The room we were assigned was very noisy with ice maker outside room. The breakfast was minimal and staff who area was more concerned with conversation with front desk.
