The room was large and there was plenty of parking. The TV worked, which helped for background noise. Towels were okay as well. Free coffee in the lobby that was staffed 24/7. Nice wood floors in the hotel room felt clean.

The area itself didn't feel comfortable or completely safe. Throughout the night, there was lots of noise, including my main door and adjoining room door being knocked on. The bathroom could use updating as it didn't feel the cleanest. The room itself and bed sheets smelt strong of bleach.

The fact that I could smell the Clorox I knew the sheets and towels were clean. Beds were comfy the only bad thing were the pillows, they probably need to upgrade for new ones or bigger ones, There were too small. Bathroom was really Clean as well. Also Parking lot was full.

Not breakfast, we probably could pay a couple of $ more but at least get coffee, juice fruit and waffles maybe bread and butter so we just grab something and keep going. (Coffee was free) But it will be great if they add some other snacks.

Location and price were good.

Lots of homeless roaming around the area. Tuscon Police chased a driver to the parking lot when I arrived. Had about 8 cop cars blocking the parking lot. Also, the heater unit in my room didn't work. Cold nights stay this time.

The bed was comfortable

The room smelled like cigar and fragrance trying to hide it. The outside the hotel looked kind of old and they were homeless around the street

My likes: Felt homely, ac unit work very well with blowing cold, fan, and the heating worked without any problems.

Now.... I really was hoping that this section of my comments wouldn't have been implemented. So speaking about this, is something...that I am hoping that no other rooms experienced what seemed for hours; which was the overly heavy stench that made me have...what I truly believe if you could bring back dem commercials about the "bitter-beer face" ...well I would automatically win. Hope that

Despite the obvious age of the property, it is well maintained. The staff was pleasant and respectful.

The pet policy is good for pet owners but not for the guests who don’t have pets. Due to the pet’s needs, you will have to tolerate animals barking and growling at all hours even when they are in their owners rooms.

Absolute nightmare. We arrived at the hotel with our daughter, and while it looked a bit sketchy we were travelling all day and were tired. Upon check in and walking to our room we found the property to be dirty. There was dog poop, poop smeared on the stairs and pee in several spots. We walked into the room to be hit by a strong perfumed smell. Headache inducing, persistent smell of some air freshener. When I opened the blanket to check the mattress I found that the sheets have been slept in, with long dark hair and short curly hair on the sheets. Disgusting. I then went to the reception and asked if they have rooms that have been cleaned. The bathroom was filthy and the tub looked like it had blood splatter on it. They showed me two more rooms, both of which were dirty. When I asked for a refund they refused and I ended up being charged for 2 nights.

Overall property is decent. Ample parking and good location.

Washrooms need to be updated - kind of old and grungy. Birds were nesting in the troughs near my room. Although I had a no smoking room, other patron smoking everywhere. Smelled like marijuana around my room all evening. Needs updating and something to be done about separating smokers/drug users from those requesting not.

It was close to the University of Arizona campus that my son graduated from.

Definitely tell that they are patching things here and there. The doors shut and open hard and there was a huge gap under the door. They used to offer breakfast and the website said they had breakfast and found out on arrival they did not. Also, I left for airport early Monday morning and I had to leave room keys in my room, no drop box for keys when you check out.
