Bed, the property was very nice, the valet service was wonderful, and we loved downtown

I wish the front desk was less busy. I called once to get my car and they just never answered. I called another time for the same reason and they didn’t tell the valet. I also disliked that the valet then became openly frustrated with front desk. Things like that shatter the illusion. I would also have liked for the bar/restaurant area to be well lit.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was fantastic. We very much enjoyed the.breakfast.

Our room was on the second floor. It was like having a bed on the street. The traffic noise was so profoundly loud. We had earplugs and a noise machine, and couldn't drown out the intense revving and honking and other various traffic chaos below us. We got zero sleep. Our night was truly terrible. Never again, Leo Kent.

Service was exceptionally BAD Couldn’t get coffee. No one took our order until we asked. We were told we needed a voucher which I went to get from the fest. Clerk did not seem to know about any vouchers but eventually found them. We wanted to assign breakfast to room which caused another issue because we had vouchers!!! It was ridiculous!! However the meal once we got us was very good.

The traffic noise kept us awake all night. The bed linens looked like they had been slept in- very messy but clean I guess.

It is nicely located and has an immaculate and comfortable room with a nice view of the mountains. The WC/ Shower room is spacious and has nice lighting.

I suggest that they add a few items to their breakfast and dinner menus, as there are not many options.

We loved the ambience of the Leo Kent. Really beautiful decor throughout; very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were helpful. Our room was spacious and the bathroom well laid out. Very strong water pressure in the huge shower! The location of the hotel is perfect -very convenient to restaurants and there is a streetcar stop a few steps away.

Pillows were awful, waaaay too soft. I asked for firmer pillows but the ones that came were just the same. Ah well. The bed was very comfortable at least.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. We were there on a night out on our anniversary and they went above ane beyond to make our stay memorable. The suite that they upgraded us to was comfortable and well appointed. The very best part was the free standing tub.

We went for a nightcap and sat for about 10 minutes, no one approached us so we went to the room instead. The bar area is beautiful though.

Beautiful hotel loved the fecor. . The restaurant was great. We had dinner, and the ribeye was perfect. The bar made a really good old fashioned. We had room service for breakfast. That was also really good. We had an omelet, French toast, and side of bacon.

The bed was okay. Could have been a little more comfortable.

The hotel is well located, the staff helpful and the room comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

The parking lot is hard to identify, there is no instruction on how to get to the parking spots until you are deep into the parking. Also, the voice call in the parking device is barely working with a very poor sound quality. Another issue was that the "high floor" option was indeed in the middle of the building, but still mostly obstructed by other buildings. High floor should be higher in the building.
