The breakfast. Some of the staff were amazingly kind and helpful (side not others were not)

It was all very chaotic. Rooms were not very clean. They had an odd smell, old furniture falling apart and fixed or covered up with tape. Our first room did not have a working ac, TV and smelled odd. We requested to move rooms, but both rooms were in the same condition makeshift fixes, odd smell, mold in the bathrooms on walls, ceiling, and tub. We booked and stayed because of a last-minute emergency, so by the second room, we just decided to get some sleep. We had work and school in the morning. There was also an issue at the door the next morning. There were 3 staff at the desk, and not one of them came to check and see what was wrong despite all the screaming. Not one came to help deescalate the situation. The doors were locked, and I had to get unfortunately in the middle of the situation briefly as I attempted to reenter the hotel. If no one is going to watch for new guest checking in or a lost key, THEN WHY ARE THE DOORS LOCKED AT 10 am !!??? I understand overnight, but by 10 a.m., the doors should be unlocked It can't be about safety because they don't even do that in time square NYC ? This did not affect my access because I had my key, but it unfortunately put me in the middle of drama and made it so I was handing permission to enter, and so was anyone standing by the door. Whether they were racist and unkind or a considerate person, it didn't matter. This experience was crazy and I would never do it again, especially not for $250 a night. We didn't have more pictures because we really just needed rest. But I've added what we did take. Cheers to the staff who are doing the best they can in this madness!!

Nothing went well. The Hotel informed me they had overbooked and I no longer had a room. They did send me to another of their locations for the same price. That location wasn't as conveniently located and I had an event starting shortly after I arrived. They did pay my carfare, and after I pushed them, let me change for my event in an employee bathroom. That was it...nothing for the inconvenience. I wasn't alone...from the look of it they overbooked by at least a half dozen.

Location is very convenient, less than 10 minute-walk from the convention center and about 30 minutes walk from the White House.

I paid during check-in, but every day of the stay, a new charge was added as "processing" to my debit card, removing funds from my bank account. I brought this to the staff's attention on the first day, but they said the manager was away and would solve it when they returned. Every day, I talked to them and they kept adding new charges. On the last day, I had more than 900 withdrawn from my account, and the manager, Mr. Rajesh Joshi , was extremely rude, saying he couldn't do anything and I needed to talk to the bank, that it was not their fault that they were double-charging me. That got me extremely angry and upset. I arrived on a Friday; the first extra charge was the next day (Saturday). I only received the refund the following Friday, after days in which I had to transfer unbudgeted additional funds from home and walk around because I couldn't spend money on an Uber. And the manager said he was only "sorry for the inconvenience, but I can't do anything."

It is near a small park, some restaurants and a museum. I liked the breakfast option, and it was included in our booking. It was very clean, and even though it was facing the street, it wasn't as noisy as we thought.

We booked a queen room and were upgraded to a king room, but the room we got seemed smaller, and also the bed seemed really small (even for a queen). The bathroom was adapted for someone with some mobility impairment, so there was no tub, and we had to put a towel on the floor so the water would not come out. The pictures of the room we were supposed to have booked were not exactly the same. So, we thought that the price should have been cheaper. In general, though, it was only one night, it was good, breakfast was great, so, it is what it is. :)

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in downtown Washington. The location is absolutely perfect. We were also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a king bed. The room was not very big, but it was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The ice machine was located in the corridor on one side of the room, and it was quite noisy in the morning. A special thank you to Ms. Robin at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and welcoming, providing detailed information about nearby parking. She even gave us a clear map to the parking garage, making it easy to find โ€” no chance of getting lost! Parking itself was safe, clean, and just a short walk from the hotel. With a coupon, we paid only $10 per 24 hours. Breakfast was good. There was a variety with fresh fruit, waffles, cereal, eggs, and sausages. The hotel also offers complimentary coffee, tea, and iced lemon water at the reception area.

The TV in one room didnโ€™t have any satellite signal so no channels were available and the wifi didnโ€™t work. After an hour of back and forth to the front desk and on the phone with customer service at nearly midnight (yes nearly midnight) my room was changed. The television had a signal but the wifi still didnโ€™t work. The receptionist who arrived at 12:30am told me I had been misinformed and that I was wasting my time trying to get it to work b/c it wasnโ€™t going to connect (due to their current renovation). I wasted 2+ hours at a very late hour trying to fix something that they KNEW was inoperable. I work when I travel and canโ€™t be without wifi. This is 100000% unacceptable. If it doesnโ€™t work TELL PEOPLE AT CHECK IN so they reserve the right to proceed or find other hotels. Very, very, very disappointed. Nice staff, but this is a deal breaker for sure. Wonโ€™t be back and definitely donโ€™t recommend it.

The morning shift staff was very nice, the parking is cheap (but a bit far).

NOT accessibility/stroller friendly. Stroller didn't fit through the front door or the elevator. Have to use side entrance which requires waiting OUTSIDE with the mosquitoes for an attendant to come and let you in or getting someone from the front desk to let you out. Very frustrating. Also, the room isn't too clean or comfy.

I think the hotel should add to chairs, per room for couples, the room was very clean, hall ways, and dinning room. i was very satisfy with the place.

The staff is very generous, Specially the reception lady i dont know her name she will give you a warm welcome, the location is good and the price as well, the have free facilities all the day such as free coffee, tea and lemon water and some fresh baked cookies. The location is next to downtown.

The rooms are bit small specially if you are with family but they are quite manageable.

The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The rooms were outdated and the lobby was being updated while we were there. The breakfast area and service was excellent. Abiola was attentive and courteous. She kept the environment clean and made sure everything was refreshed.

Our AC on the last day started to smell like something was burning so we turned it off. In our rush to make our taxi I forgot to report it to the concierge.

Perfect location! Liked the cookies in the reception area throughout the day.

The breakfast could be better though. The space was kinda small for so many guests, and the food was of low quality. Also the beds were smaller than I expected, and the bathroom was tiny. I saw a small cockroach in the bathroom.

The front desk agent was nice.

The first room they put us in smelled like a cat we called the front desk agent up who agreed there was a foul order in the room but said it smelled more like mold which is even worse. The second room didnโ€™t have AC. We requested a refund and left. This place is AWFUL!!!

The staff were nice, the location was good

The rooms weโ€™re really small, the air condition barely worked, I had to unplug it out of the outlet and plug it back in for it to turn on. Also, in my second day or stay, I saw a big cockroach in my room, that could crawl through my door gap in an out of my room. It was so huge I had to quickly pack my things and rush to the front desk to demand a room change. After I got a room change, for the rest of the 4 days I had to stay I was paranoid about checking every corner of the room for cockroaches. Overall it was not a great hotel experience. The staff said that the cockroaches situation โ€œhappensโ€ and couldnโ€™t really give me any more information about that.

The hotel is a moderate comfortable and affordable hotel. The location was great and provided a near by garage parking for $10 a day. The staff was outstanding,knowledgeable , friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The staff gets 5 stars. This motel is not an upscale expensive hotel, but was everything we were looking for during our DC visit.

The ice machine was directly across from our room and noisy. The in room A/C was very loud when operating.

Nothing at all!!! It has cockroaches in the washroom. Like I attached in the video. Room was messy and wornoff.

I don't like anything, It was a hell of a stay. I would never ever gonna stay there not I'd suggest anyone to be there.

The room was comfortable. the bed was clean and had plenty of covers. The mini fridge was large enough for my short stay of a few nights. The bathroom was clean and had good water pressure for the shower and nice linens. The TV had plenty of channels. The location was very walkable, a bit farther from the main attractions (washington monument, etc) but in a nice neighborhood (Logan Circle, Badgen Alley). The staff was very friendly and helpful with finding parking for my car. Continental breakfast was kept warm and well stocked.

One of the only things I didn't love was that the heat/air conditioner is pretty loud and the street noise is fairly loud (though not as loud as some other cities I've stayed in). I felt like there may have been a slight draft, but this seems like an older building and the heater was able to keep the room warm. It did have to kick on often and the fan is pretty loud, but other than that it was a nice room.
