It was ok, could be much better.
We are a party of 5, myself, my husband, two 18 year old boys, and a 10 year old boy. We always stay at a nice hotel for new years with a pool, hot tub and free breakfast. The hot tub was broken for New Years Eve!!! Was not fixed either that night, tons of kids using the hot tub as their personal pool, no oversight. Tried many times to ask the front desk to come fix it…never happened. Breakfast was a nightmare, raw bacon, no utensils, refusing to put out waffles because they had no syrup…my son is autistic, there are very few things he eats…there was a woman standing with me that sad she too eats them without syrup…they refused to put them out. My 18 year old had to eat omelettes with their bare hands because this hotel had no clean utensils!!!! C’mon, it’s New Year’s Eve/New Years Day. You should be prepared!!! Shame on you Hilton, and I’m an honors member!!! Paying for nothing but disappointment….NEVER AGAIN!

The bar and restaurant were a major disappointment and the main negative point of our stay.
At dinner, my order took over an hour to arrive. When it finally did, only one dish was acceptable, and for the others we were simply informed they were out of stock, which was very frustrating.
Breakfast was extremely disorganized, with not enough food for all guests. There were no waffles, milk, bacon, eggs, or juice — you were lucky if you managed to get a piece of bread.
There was also an issue on one of the days when the hot tub was cold, which caused frustration among guests.
Overall, if you choose to stay at this hotel, be prepared to have all meals outside the property.

They were lacking in enough people to clear tables in the restaurant area especially during the breakfast buffet time. We, along with other guests, had to clear off unoccupied tables in order to sit and eat breakfast. Hotel needs more people at that time. This was unacceptable.

The room is spacious, clean with amazing view of Washington neighborhoods. Breakfast was superb, good varieties and service was quick. The front desk attendants were friendly, and even helped me to find a parking spot close to the hotel, and that welcoming bag was so cool.
The service at the restaurant in the evening was slightly slow, and it wasn't clear which tables to sit to get the waiter's attention. But later everything was clarified so I have no complain.

We stayed at this hotel with our family, and we loved everything. Everything was truly top-notch; the hotel itself is very beautiful, the staff is pleasant and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the children were thrilled. Plus, the breakfast was excellent – a wide selection, no queues, everything fresh and delicious, and drinks for every taste! The hotel was fairly standard overall, but the breakfast was quite good and truly deserves sincere praise. The overall impression was solid, largely thanks to the quality of the morning meal.
The trash bin in the room was not emptied for several days, which is unusual and below the expected standard.
However, the biggest issue is that the hotel does not provide an invoice. Even after raising the issue directly with the staff and submitting a complaint through Booking.com, I still have not received the invoice. This has created a serious problem for me, as I am unable to justify the expenses in my accounting.

The positives include the very friendly and attentive staff. The receptionists were very attentive to us. We really enjoyed the breakfast—a good selection of food—reminiscent of European hotels and service. The room is very spacious and comfortable—it has two rooms, two beds, two TVs, and a space where you can work on your laptop without disturbing other guests.
There are no disadvantages. We liked everything.

The hotel was in a good location, had free breakfast, and a nice pool. There was parking conveniently located under the hotel for a cost.
The room we stayed in felt outdated. The wallpaper was peeling, there was some mold in the bathroom, and the carpet looked dirty in spots. Parking was expensive and very tight to get into. The store in the lobby was very expensive for water and snacks.
