The location of the property was central to everything I had to do.
When we arrived we had high hopes due to the outside of the hotel. Once we got to our room it was very dated. It was a room with a kitchenette which we thought was cool until I went to heat up food and a roach came out of the microwave on top of that the freezer had a bad odor. When we called front desk about the roach issue we were told rooms with kitchenettes are bound to have rodents ?. We were switched to a new room which was better than the first without a kitchenette which was fine but the AC did not work it was actually blowing out hot air. The room temp said 80 degrees so again we proceeded to call front desk where we were told the cooling system was set to winter mode and could only blow heat so we were moved again hoping we’d get a room with a working AC. We did not, it was the same issue only heat and at this point we were over it. We opened the window which only opened a crack and attempted the sleep the best we could. One of the individuals had asthma and the heat caused her to throw up as well as her nose to bleed. It was a mess. The next morning the front desk lady apologized for the inconvenience and said the same thing about the heating issue. The kicker was as we were leaving we passed a room that was getting cleaned out and the air was blasting we were so frustrated. We were refunded $35 for what is called a destination fee but I feel as though that wasn’t enough. If the hotel has issue with heating and cooling that are known that should be listed on the description. The beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel is nice.

Location and staff was nice
I was quoted a price when I arrived and paid. Upon leaving my card was then charged again with an explanation that it was not done properly at check in which was not my fault. My card should have never been charged twice.
