The best part of my stay was how friendly and helpful staff were. Location is great; surrounded by food options, close to everything, even has a Wawa right around the corner. The room was clean and had everything we needed. They even provided a food and water bowl for pets if you happen to forget those (and of course I did, which is how I learned about this incredible amenity). AND they don’t charge extra fees every night for your pet! I will absolutely be staying here again the next time I visit.
The parking situation kinda sucks. They only have an option for valet parking which was about $60 per day. We were able to find street parking but that meant being a couple blocks sometimes.
Only other thing is there’s no designated dog/pet area to take them for potty breaks and the closest grassy area is a few blocks away (~12 min walk away according to staff). We just used puppy pads in the room but it would be nice if there was a rooftop or grassy-patio area somewhere.

We visit DC often and have stayed at a plethora of hotels in the city but this has been by far the best property we have stayed at. Our room was ready at 8:30 AM when we arrived. The staff were superb and so so so friendly - from the complimentary lemonade, bandaids, and popcorn - to the wine happy hour - we enjoyed every second of staying at The Quincy. The room itself was massive and very clean. Lastly, the location of the hotel itself was perfect; close to the metro and stores. We won’t be staying anywhere else when we visit DC next.

Very nice staff, great location, comfortable bed, have a kitchen was nice.
One night there were loud guests that the staff just did not seem able to shut up or kick out.

The room was clean. The location was good for our meeting.
On the desk it mentioned a white noise machine and earplugs to help with the noise, neither were in the room. It is very loud and the street noise was a challenge to sleep. The thermastat was not working and you could not adjust the temperature in the room. It was very warm in the room and not comfortable for sleeping. Bathroom was 75-83 degrees and sleeping area was 71. We arrived late due to long travel so we did not request another room. I would expect rooms to be checked before guest arrive, especially with the larger fee paid for lodging. Breakfast was not mentioned, only coffee and popcorn available in the lobby.

Room was big and clean, bed was comfortable, and the small kitchen had all the necessary. The location was ideal for my work purposes. Also my two small dogs felt very comfortable there.
There's no parking on site but there's a public parking next to it. That was a little bit confusing at the beginning because I didn't know if it was part of the hotel or not but we figured it out later.

They had a place to eat in basement but I had a kitchen so walked to Whole Foods for groceries. They are 15 min walk to several areas so no need to take public transportation . The staff was great. The room was large ,clean ,and had a kitchen area.
The King room did not have a sitting/reading chair. it had two uncomfortable high metal chairs at counter (no cushion) and a desk chair at the desk. So to have such a large room that looked good it made you not want to spend extra time there because there was no real chair to sit in and watch tv or read.

The room was very spacious. We loved having a kitchen area. The cleaning staff cleaned our room daily and provided fresh towels. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The snacks in the lobby (popcorn and tea/coffee/hot cocoa) were a plus as well.
The walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbors, sometimes at late hours in the morning.

The location is very central, everything is close by, that was great. Having a nice kitchenette with the fridge was nice. The bathroom had a cool mirror feature that you can listen to music from.
When we came into the room, the main mirror had gross splatters on it. The overall lighting of the place was dim. Not enough light anywhere including the bathroom. I came for work and getting ready is important. The staff reached out saying they’d clean and bring an extra lamp but this was no longer needed as I responded when I was at work. It was like getting ready in a basement with all of the lights on even by the window. We also asked to be put away from the elevators, as we are light sleepers we needed quiet. The request was granted, they put us in a corner room next to a utility closet, where the cleaning staff were yelling from one to another, early in the morning on a Sunday when we wanted to sleep in. I heard all of the commotion through ear plugs. The bed is so so but the pillows are absolutely horrible. Totally flat pillows, not comfortable bedding - duvet was also flat. The shower takes a good 5-10 mins of running water to warm up. I would not recommend this hotel and do more research to stay elsewhere

Great location. Room were very spacious. Great amenities. We were here during Ramadan and halal food is available nearby. Had a wonderful stay here.
The approach and attitude of the lady at the reception counter could be further enhanced and improved. Being nonchalant to customers is not welcome.

The location is great in downtown, the stuff was helpfull. Plenty restaurants and cafes are around. 25-30 min walking to most local most sees.
