Clean spacious suite. We slept well because it was so quiet. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and we ate there several times. The staff was always helpful and kind. Having a supermarket nearby was a huge plus. The area isn't very pretty but safe. We would come back because of what has been mentioned in addition to being close to the metro.

Everything was great!

it was an awesome experience to stay in Radiance Premium Suites. very helpful and Nice and Nice and helpful staff, they never delay in any request you ask of them, as they use modern communication devices that contribute to the speedy arrival of information among the crew. Also, they are distinguished by their cheerfulness and high spirit, whether they are the reception staff or the technicians and housekeeping staff. I believe that they are distinguished by a distinguished management that cares about its employees and guests, so I see in the faces and treatment of the staff the satisfaction and smile, and they serve the guests with all spaciousness and satisfaction. Thank you to all the staff and management of this beautiful hotel

Hotel apartment is like a home. Cozy, quiet, comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, we felt like at home, helpful staff, clean apartment (white bed linen, towels are changed every day), good location, near metro station Mashreq, near supermarket ,,West zone", near a lot of cafes, restaurants and hotels.

1.noisy on the balcony 2. sometimes can smell food in the kitchen from other apartments (but I think it's common problem for a big and densely populated city)

Went for a family reunion( group of 12) 3 apartments. This place is amazing, home away from home. The service and everything is excellent. It's so clean, they provide an excellent service. The beds are super comfortable, apartments are big. The single beds are not small. The layout of the apartment is just perfect, well planned. It's a hotel but a home. Each room had an ensuite and extra toilet. They provide everything we needed. Washing machine, iron, towels, etc. Rooms are cleaned every day. Underground parking. The place is super clean. The staff are all lovely, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended this place, its close to everything. There are so many places to eat as well. Metro and mall is a short walk away. Thank you to all the staff there. You are all amazing. Excellent service.

I liked everything especially the apartment is new, clean and calm. The kitchen is fully equipped,

Just the other room was not cold enough as it was controlled from master room. I thought they will serve coffee and tea but better you bring from supermarket as they don't supply with coffee or tea just water bottles.

I loved the location as it is very close to a supermarket that had all i need and the hotel is accessible to the metro which made my movement easier especially that i only stayed for a few days. The hotel and the room was exceptionally clean which i really loved.. Reception team has been very pleasant and accommodating especially Mr. George of the front desk who had been very helpful since day 1.. This will not be the last visit for sure.. Not to mention the corridor smell at the 1st floor was very nice, i loved the scent.. However, i hope i will get the quiet room non smoking at the highest possible floor and away from the street next time. Thank you to all the staffs who kept the hotel clean and smelling fresh..

The only downside is that i had been placed in a room on the 1st floor just above the restaurant and on the edge of the building. I can hear everyone chatting downstairs, there was also a huge tube at the side of the room that creates noise that can be heard inside. And worse, everyday until around 2am, there had been dragging of chairs or furnitures which was so annoying especially when i was trying to sleep late night. They have checked the room above as per reception but they said it might be the restaurant just below my room. I request to please allocate me a room far from the street noise and on a higher nonsmoking floor and to be far away from the restaurant below next time. As i am very sensitive with noise..But in general, stay was great..

Same advantages mentioned by guests in other detailed reviews.

During check out, just for an eye liner mark on a washable towel MR. Rafeeq at reception was going to hold 300 AED that was taken as extra deposit. That left us with bad mood , wasted our time and experience. Unreasonable and unethical. The shower had no pressure ( 1/10 for the shower) room 206 5th floor.

Ganesh and Pawan are truly masters of the custodial arts! They were the highlight of our stay! Kept premises clean, checked in every morning to ensure we had everything we needed and not lacking. The place is quiet, very clean, and all appliances in great working condition! It was an awesome hotel. I loved the lighting!!!!!!

It was disappointing to not be able to have visitors/ guests for a cup of tea! Even prisons allow inmates to have guests! The website says "No parties/Events" allowed. It does not say "No guests allowed". Called to speak to property mgr, was told he'd call me back but never heard from anybody. To me this is a big consideration for my next visit.
