Everyone was super kind and helpful, they made our stay pleasant and I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel to anyone. Location is good. The breakfast was excellent with not only great selection but quality as well, clean spacious room. I would like to highlight the kindness of Michel at the reception and Edit at the breakfast.
The only annoying thing was that the cards were not working with the elevators half of the time but the staff ensured to correct this malfunction immediately.

The whirlpool was broken and couldn't be used. No one cleaned the room despite the fact that we stayed there for three nights and asked the reception to do it. However, we received a compensation for this which made it fair in the end. The restaurant is over-priced and the breakfast is quite confusing as all the information signs are scrambled and not by the right items.

It is a nice hotel, with good location to Stadthalle.
I booked a two-air room more than half year before our arrival. The reason why I chose this hotel as my husband snores and we always sleep in a separate room that they have a suite.
When we arrived it turned out that they cannot give us this room. No other room like this available.
It would have been a special evening for us but finally it wasnβt as I knew I wonβt sleep that night for sure.
Manager showed he wants to solve the situation but he didnβt.
The hotel room wasnβt thoroughly cleaned what I am absolutely not used to in Austria. I found someoneβs panty on the ground.
They offered me a discount when leaving but it couldnβt take away bad feelings in connection with our stay.

We liked almost everything about our stay: the quick check-in, the spacious and beautiful room, the availability of a baby crib, the hotelβs convenient location, and the quality of the breakfast.
The only downside was that the breakfast restaurant was too small considering the large number of guests. We had to search for a place to sit, and it felt very cramped as other people were seated very close to us.

The room was comfortable, although not as beautiful as the ones shown in the pictures on the website. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety. Public transportation is well connected to the location of the hotel. City pass can be purchased at the train station and I highly recommend it if you plan to visit different places around the city.
The AC was very noisy when I arrived, but it was taken care of immediately after I mentioned it at the reception. The bed and the pillows were not comfortable, but this is a matter of preference.

The hotel is located outside of the city center but within a short walking distance to the popular Mariahilfer Str. Also, there are a lot of tram/metro options nearby.
The rooms are very spacious, and the breakfast is large and diverse.
There is also a small (but nice) spa for an additional price of β¬15.
The wifi in our room was bad with a lot of disconnections.
The hotel itself is very big and sometimes feels like a train station with many guests arriving and leaving at any time of the day and night. This makes it difficult to contact the reception even for simple questions (since they are always occupied with check-ins). It would be helpful to add more receptionists or at least dedicate one to the hotel guests.
The shower was pretty awkward to operate, and our toilets were leaky.

We suffered a lot in the check in process. We reached around 12 PM. Official Check-in is at 15:00, hence the receptionist mentioned as Room cannot be available before office timing. But I got to my room at 16:00 , after several requests. I was traveling with my little kid but I had to suffer a lot. Excuse was given as Room is not ready ?. I really didn't understand the whole process. 12-15 , I can even tolerate as it's officially mentioned but then why delay for more than an hour. Very bad initial impression. Receptionists were also giving lame excuses as old guests are not vacating the room on time.

The location is around 10-minute walk to Westbanhof Train station.
- Bad reception. He (Mr.Max.....) couldn't wait 15 seconds to listen what I had to tell but finally he needed that information from me anyway. What a rude and arrogant he was.
- Guests have to request for a cleaning EVERYDAY if they want to have their rooms cleaned. I stayed there for 5 nights. On the first night I requested for a cleaning but no one came to clean my room.
- I stayed at this hotel because I have attened a conference which also held at this hotel. For the first 3-nights (during the conference), I booked the room through the hotel directly. When the conference ended, I wanted to extended my stay for another 2 nights. So I wrote and email and asked whether they have a special rate. They offered me the same rate which was the same as the rate for the for the first 3-night. However, this rate is more expensive than the rate I found on booking.com.
-Housekeeper didn't clean the room well. There were some nights that they didn't changed my towels which I placed on the floor.

Location was the best part of the stay. The breakfast bar offered a wide variety of item and was of high quality. A small grocery store is nearby.
The staff at the bar and at breakfast were professional, but the reception staff did not impress us. Their English was quite poor, which may have contributed to a few communication issues. Everything was extra, including parking, breakfast and gym facilities.

Location are excellent . Metro and tram is near the hotel . The supermarket is near and we used one day for breakfast that was good and high quality . Room cleaning was base on request and not routine . Usage of Hand wash and shampoo was not easy and need to be strong . In summaries this hotel is satisfied me as a guest . The location was important for me and this hotel is in excellent location .

I would like to commend Mr. Sith for assisting us so well. When we first arrived, we were welcomed by a young lady at the front desk. While I will refrain from commenting on how she spoke with us, I truly appreciate Mr. Sithβs professionalism and the way he took care of our group.
The initial welcome could have been warmer. It was raining, and our group had 32 pieces of baggage, but there was minimal assistance provided upon our arrival. Thankfully, Mr. Sith stepped in and assisted us exceptionally well. He made sure our group was taken care of, and we truly commend him for his professionalism and support.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were polite and genuinely tried to be helpful. The rooms were clean, tidy, and cozy as well. The location is ideal, being close to the Westbahnhof, with all kinds of transportation just a few minutes away.
They don't provide a free airport shuttle, which is completely fine, but when I asked at reception, they mentioned it would cost β¬60 for a shuttle. Instead, we booked a taxi ourselves and paid only β¬38.

The hotel is located just minutes walk to a major train station and two subway stations. There are trams right in front. Next to a Billa supermarket. Itβs updated with good water pressure. Rooms are very clean.
The toiletries are not great. Would like to have lotion along with soap. Needs better quality shampoo.

The staff is amazing, manager Hakan and breakfast staff Erhan were very good, breakfast was amazing, the staff were all very friendly and the service was exceptional. The Donerneister restaurant across the street is amazing and everything to see is within a 30 min walk away. The stay was great because of tge staff
Unfortunately the air-conditioning system failed on the 2 nights I was there and it was very hot on those 2 days around 35 C/90 F, the staff couldn't do anything about it and it wasn't their fault but I wish I had known at check in and would've gone somewhere else but once settled in, it is tough to move, the windows opened made it more bearable but I wish the owners to address their air conditioning although I suppose most of Europe is facing the same summer dilemma. Hotels may need to provide refunds or return stay vouchers if this happens in the USA

For the price, it's really good. Room was clean, staff were nice and it's a decent location.
This would have been the perfect bang for buck bar one thing. The TV. You can't mirror your phone or pc to it. I suspect it's most likely in retail mode. It isn't connected to the WIFI either.

The location of the hotel is OK from Vienna city center and major tourists attractions.
The Westbahnof metro station is about 12 minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a tram stop located nearby.
The room and bathroom were clean, the toiletries were good.
We didnβt have breakfast at the hotel and also didnβt see many people eating their breakfast there.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The room we stayed in was one of the most bland rooms we have ever stayed inβ¦plain white ceiling and walls, white, mild grey curtainsβ¦everything whiteβ¦.there was nothing on the walls...no frames or art workβ¦.felt little weird. Also there wasn't enough wardrobe space.
The hotel is located on a very busy road with heavy traffic and our room was facing to that road.
The room itself didnβt feel specious for a triple occupancy. Also the bathtub felt quite small.

Despite prior requests and confirmation by email, requests such as separate beds and room cleaning could not be fulfilled and complied with.
Room price is simply debited in advance, despite a note in the booking, payment on site at the hotel.

As there are several rooms (group), only 1 bathroom is cleaned in another room with 2 bathrooms.
No fresh towels despite customer request and personal arrangement at the reception.

Rooms on upper floors have access to a wellness area. But not automatically. You first have to go to reception with your bathrobe and have the service activated. Why so cumbersome?

Room was quiet despite being on a main street. A/C worked well. The location is perfect for getting onto multiple transportation lines! This made it easy to stop back midday to freshen up and drop off items. Electric kettle in room was appreciated.
The shower head initially was squirting water until on the last day my husband figured out how to tighten it. This, along with the half length glass shower barrier meant that the bathroom got very wet when anyone showered. Also the walls were a little dirty, which was unexpected

The room is as per described on booking.com. Hotel is 2-3mins walk to a tram station or 10mins walk to the Westbanhof metro or tram station. There is a paid carpark located on the hotel basement with entry from behind the hotel. Loved our stay in Arcotel and would definitely come back!
