Very big and comfortable room. excellant break fast. Loacation was not far away from most of the tourist attractions. tram, buses and metro were all walking distance only. Really we enjoyed the say. I will recommend this hptel to my friends. Next time I will say here only.

We went to Vienna to celebrate a significant birthday and the hotel staff made it really really special for us. They surprised us and prepared goodies in the room plus free drinks at the bar. Besides that the room is very spacious, everything was super clean and the walk to the city center (from the hotel) is beautiful! Highly recommend the hotel!

Our room size was big enough to fit us as family with 2 kids, beds are comfortable, location is within 20 mins walking distance to center, direct access to garage was very helpful.

Parking is expensive @ 18 Euro per day, lobby at night is dull and dark, should be more lights, and at least some music to play as it is without any life.

room terrific ,lots of space for 5 night stay. location terrific 71 tram ( 75 YARDS FROM HOTEL) straight to opera house four stops and then all transport options open. BONUS we found that we could get to airport from Rennweg train station 150 yards from hotel straight to airport costing 8 euros .

a smell from drains when we entered our room but as we had a balcony we were able to open door and after a few minutes problem solved so no big hassle.

Staff, with exception of one new front desk employee, staff(unlike reviews) were not very helpful or friendly. Each time you approached the desk it was like you are interrupting them in their work. There was a sofa and a coffee table in our room which is nice for a hotel. Location is great. Walkable to the center, and you can also catch a metro and tram within a block. I bought a 72 hour metro pass for a very reasonable price and it worked out great. Access to airport and main train station is also simple from the hotel. Botanical gardens are just around the corner of the hotel. All staff members were very helpful and professional.

Breakfast for €29 is outrageous so I did not opt for this option. We just grabbed our own coffee and breakfast. Carpets in room are dated and should be replaced with flooring.

The location was great within a few minutes walk of the 71 and 0 tram stops and the metro station giving access via the S line to the U lines and the CAT train. Rennweg is the stop for all. There were shops and restaurants in the same location. The area was peaceful and welcoming with the Belvedere being a few minutes walk away so the gardens could be used and appreciated fully at any time they were open. Good run routes around the area too using the Belvedere Gardens or further afield. We didn't appreciate just how centrally located everything was until the end of our visit when it became apparent using the trams and walking short distances how all the places we had visited were really close together. Our 3rd floor room which overlooked the street leading to the botanical gardens was large, clean, sunny, well lit, quiet, well furnished with comfy beds, desk and sofa seating. Tea & coffee facilities were provided plus a mini bar. The bed had a light duvet but extra blankets were available but best of all you had a choice of pillow size and type. The window door could be opened to allow the sunshine and fresh air into the AC room if wanted. You could control the room temperature as needed and this included a shutter across the window if wanted, which we discovered by accident one night! The bathroom was huge with the toilet and bidet located behind mirrored doors. The shower worked well and toiletries are available in all areas if you needed them, along with a sewing kit and hairdryer. Breakfast was taken on the first floor in a large light airy restaurant with a huge choice of just about every foods and beverage you could want from freshly cooked eggs or omelette to overnight oats, pastries, cheese, breads, meats, porridge, etc, etc.The array of drinks available was great too and we enjoyed fresh loose leaf tea each morning along with fresh lemon and tomato juice before coffee.

Just a very minor point. I like to be able to use stairs rather than always having to use the lift. Whilst there was a stair case/well this was a concrete unwelcome area, quite rightly and obviously also the fire exit. Whilst I accept the hotel surroundings are very clean and modern it would have been nice to have the option of stairs. It felt wrong to go through to this space via a door that had a fire exit horizontal bar and signage to an area with no frills and would have spoilt the feel of being in the hotel as it would have felt like I was in a disaster/horror film every time I went into the stairwell. As I say a really really minor point but maybe the hotel group might feel the need to allow guests to walk up and down the stairs as an option. I'm pretty sure looking at the demographic though most probably wouldn't bother anyway.

A friendly hotel that was close to the train station that had direct links to the airport. It was also a 15-20min walk into the main tourist hub of Vienna. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the room was large with good amenities.

For the cost I would have expected for breakfast to be included. Room had a bit of wear and tear but overall was clean and tidy. There was some sort of building works going on outside my room during my stay but only disturbed one of my mornings.

We paid a modest amount for an upgrade and had a superb room on the 8th floor with a private terrace and spectacular view of Vienna. It was very quiet, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The staff could not have been more helpful.
