Very very nice hotel, the reception staff always very helpful and ready to solve any kind of requests (thank you again for helping me the other night).

No major things to mention. The hotel is really, really nice and also the staff. Would be a plus to have slippers in the room and opening windows for a fresh air when needed. But it is not a big inconvenient and for sure I will come back when traveling to Vienna ( business or personal).

Very clean, very good location, big rooms! breakfast was ok, good coffee

We asked for a room with double bed and when we arrived there was two beds put together with one bed lining. When I asked the receptionist about my booking she said I can split the beds and she gave me the bed linings to do it on my own… for the quality of the hotel I don’t think a customer should do their own bed

It was very spacious. The room was clean and the coffee machine had great coffee. The walk in shower was an absolute bliss. It has a good location from where you can easily access the public transport. The breakfast was delicious with fresh waffles and sec.

There were only 2 espresso cups for the machine available which was a little too few to my taste.

The property was good with friendly staff and good breakfast choice. The metro station is only 5 minutes away and the city travel pass allows you to roam the city.

The hotel was good as I said above, the room cleaning was not great and the hotel restaurant lacked choice and was quite expensive for drink.

We liked our stay. The breakfast was really delicious. We had a large room. The hotel is located at a 3-min walk to the metro station.

We asked for a glutenfree and milkfree breakfast and it was garanteed. However, at breakfast they could only serve us glutenfree bread (no other toppings or granola...).

The room was quite spacious and the proximity to the underground is great. Sadly I didnt manage to try out the Sauna and the Spa are, however it was one of the reason why I booked the hotel.

Maybe I am just a bit too picky about certain things, but it feels like the floor does need to be cleaned more often. Other than that nothing else to be complained about.

The location was perfect for me, and the breakfast was lovely as well.

When I arrived, I presented my residence permit to the receptionist. However, he informed me that he couldn't check me in unless I presented a driver's license instead. I didn't understand why my driver's license was considered more important than my residence permit, as I primarily use the latter in Austria, reserving my passport for use outside of Austria. Additionally, he wasn't even friendly when I politely pointed this out. Other staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The room was just as advertised and the terrace very nice, although I could only use it once because of the rainy weather. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice although the waffle dough was too fluffy and I could not make a waffle worth eating. Hot water arrived in the shower quickly and the bath was great. The gym was ok, and the sauna and steam room were excellent. The coffee machine in the room worked a dream!

The cupboard only had a hanger rail and no drawers for socks, jocks and t-shirts. In the cupboard was a shelf above head height where the safe is, it is very impractical and I needed to stand on a chair to look into the safe to make sure I had retrieved all my documents. So there should be a set of drawers in the cupboard.

The room was very quiet, at all times of the day and night. It was also spacious. The fitness facilities were quite good - new equipment in good working order. The roof terrace was nice, but the weather was too windy to really use it. The staff was always friendly. On the whole good value for the price we paid. The hotel is close to subway and streetcar lines (about a five-minute walk)

The room windows couldn't be opened, and the air conditioning was not effective. Since we're "cold" sleepers, this was a negative for us. The cleaning service was rather sporadic and unpredictable (but the room was clean). The hotel breakfast is vastly overpriced, unless you like a huge breakfast. We found inexpensive cafes in the neighborhood. The bar was nice, but the prices definitely much too high.

It looked pretty

Racist ! Don’t go here if you’re not white and from the country itself. We knew how to speak German and even then they were just racist. No one told us where anything was or how to get into certain parts of the building. The only staff that were nice was housekeeping and the cleaners (who were Turkish). The rooms are so dusty !

Great breakfast.

Small and expensive garage (25 eur per day). Really weird elevator route from parking area to the room and it takes ages to get the elevator ride in first place. Dirty room and leaky shower. On contrary to cleaning staff and breakfast staff, reception staff was rather rude and lacked proper hospitality experinces including proficiency of German and English.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The rooms are wonderful. Beds were amazing. Shower and bathroom well appointed. We really liked the beauty of the windows as well. Floor to ceiling windows.

The floors could be cleaner in the room. They need better towels. The worst thing is that they advertise that there is air conditioning in the rooms. That is a lie. And I was disappointed that the hotel would lie to its guests. The windows don’t open either, so it was difficult to deal with. It’s a shame such a great hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, but they say they do. It’s not fair to the customer. They need to take it off of the room description. It’s a lie. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IN SUMMER MONTHS. YOU WILL DIE OF HEAT.

Bathroom smelled like piss We ran out of shower gel after 1 day and it was not replaced. It was very cold in the room Waiting time for the elevator was very long. The rooms are very fresh and are exactly as in the pictures. The hotel is only 2-3 minutes to the tram station which makes it very easy to move around the city. Breakfast is of good quality, don’t expect smth extraordinary though. Staff at the reception were very polite and helpful.

The bathroom and toilet doesn’t have a door at all which is absolutely weird. The room service is bad, all they do is just making the bed and vacuum cleaning, no collecting the trash from the tables, no making your staff to look tidy.
