Good breakfast, even though I only tried it once. Unfortunately I could not do an early check in, but they kept the suitcases and I went for a stroll on the city centre. It is located in front of the train station and it is very easy to catch any kind of public transportation to get to the centre, although I ended up walking a lot because the weather was very nice during my stay.
Room was a bit small, there is not a lot of space if we carry a larger suitcase and the logistics would be very difficult with two large suitcases, even though there is a double bed so they should be prepared for that.

Breakfast is really not something this hotel can brag with, better idea would be just to go out somewhere to grab a breakfast. Additionally it is really not user-friendly to book a breakfast - neither you can book it while making a booking of the room nor anybody is asking on the reception when you register for the first time.

- breakfast is great value for money (16โฌ)
- customer care at reception was not great (no one answering the phone or email or any other way of contacting them between 8.00 - 11.00 pm, plus long waiting time for check-in and to get the luggage back from storage)
- the rooms are really really basic and not very comfortable. i had expected at least a bottle of water upon my arrival, and in my opinion it should be normal to have a safe in every room to put jewelery etc

Really good location! Very close to the trainstation. Best part is that in room it's pretty quiet and you don't hear train station noises (we slept with open window).
By the way in hotel i saw information that if you register in their loyalty program you can receive one free breakfast

The hot water tap was stuck in the shower, when I wanted to use it in the morning. I had to take a shower in an ice-cold water, which was an unpleasant experience to start a business day. The shower was fixed by the afternoon but it was a bad experience after staying in the same Motel One several times in the past without similar difficulties.
The selection of the breakfast apparently decreased since last time.

It was very convenient for us being immediately adjacent to the main station.
We were disappointed by the breakfasts. The layout was very poorly organised and, on a busy day, became time consuming and crowded. The tables felt crammed together and there wasnโt a great deal of choice offered. It didnโt seem like good value. We felt this spoiled the overall experience of the stay at the hotel which was otherwise good,

The staff were great in helping me understand the transport system. The hotel is right across the train station and overall, the hotel has a nice bar. Nice vibe.
Erm, the room was smaller than I initially thought. The queen bed looked more like a double bed to be honest. I even asked the question and was told this is the correct size for the queen room I paid for. Also, there as no refrigerator or water given as you would normally find in standard hotels. There was also no iron board....just the basics to help you get set up before you start your day. No actual restaurant onsite too. But these are small things that don't matter if you are not fussy.

- Itโs in a quiet area.
- there are lots of places nearby where you can go to restaurants.
- next to Vienna central train, which is convenient when coming from the airport as the train is direct and only takes 15 minutes. So no need to take a taxi.
the expensive price for breakfast and that is why I didnโt choose to have it when booking my room. As I only eat for breakfast a croissant with coffee asking 16,50 euros it is almost the triple of what I paid in town.

Overall a super nice design and very clean, everywhere. The stuff was friendly and they helped us with our luggage at the arrival and departure.
Very good location wise, across the street from a shopping mall with several stores and restaurants.
Many public transportation options with connections to everywhere you need to go to visit the city.
Amazing view, we stayed at the 13th floor.
Amazing breakfast but I think they can do better. As Vienna is visited by a lot of people from all over the world with different cultures and tastes in food, they can add more variety.
They do have variety in pastry, sweet spreadable and meat & cheese slices but only some boiled eggs and then tomatoes, and cucumbers for vegetables. As a vegetarian I canโt say I had too much to choose from.
Alsoโฆ same thing every day, at least in the 3 morning we ate there.
