Modern and well furnished room, a bit small but comfortable. Great location near to city center.
No sweets or cookies at the bar in the afternoon. In the morning, you can only have coffe and full breakfast. If you don't want a full breakfast but just a croissant you have to go outside.

Breakfast was very good with wide range of choices. The location was very central for our visit which was primarily to attend a ball at the palace. It was also near to tram and bus routes so that we were able to visit other locations during our stay.
There was nothing that we did not like. All was good.

1) Location is good - close to key tourist spots (may require a bit of a walk but still within decent distance. 2) Room is nice, clean and modern 3) Nice staff - helpful and polite 4) Since the room does not have a kettle - it was nice to ask hot water from the bar - if needed.
While the room is really nice, lighting in the room can be improved.

10/10 for the hotel location. Just minutes walk away from the bus, tram, and metro station if you want to walk, and lot of tourist sites. Clean and spacious rooms that are soundproof. You can rest well after a long day out without hearing traffic noises or noises from the corridor. Friendly staff.
There is no cabinet but only small shelves and few hangers. It's not really a problem but it was a little bit inconvenient since we stayed for 7nights and we have to leave our clothes inside our luggages.

Very silent room, nice personnel, comfortable bed and bedlinen, small balcony and a possibility to keep balcony room open. The opera house was very near to the hotel.
No coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was not included in the price which actually made price quite high.

Very very bad bed. Matress was totally crawled , we had to flip it also this did not help. Also breakfast was very crowded and for price 16,5 Eur I would expect something more than just bread, ham and cheese. No fresh vegetable, during time when we were on breakfast.

Really good location, close to Vienna Opera house and public transport. Within walking distance of many other landmarks. The staff are kind and helpful and as a solo traveller I felt very comfortable here.
I had the small single room, truly small and very limited storage space (pretty much none). Also to mention there was no safe in the room. It was clean and comfortable though so if you will only be staying a couple of nights and dont have much luggage its perfectly suitable!

Nice hotel in a great location. Very clean and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely return.
Nothing really. Room basic but more than adequate for a short stay. No wardrobe but there is a hanging rail and shelves. No tea or coffee. But that wasn't a problem for us as we were out most of the time. Would have liked a safe.

The location was the best thing about the hotel. If you're looking for a nice place to stay in the center - it's perfect! It was also clean and most of the staff were friendly!
There was no mini fridge, wardrobe or even a water heater for tea/coffee in the room. It was the smallest hotel room I've ever been in.

GREAT LOCATION. Stuff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Price was affordable.
Rooms were a little bir smaller than i expected. There was no proper cabinet for clothes (Even if you've booked for double room). Most of the rooms have the view of inner side of the building. Breakfast is kind of poor but expensive.
