I attended the Routes Asia 2025 conference, which was held at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. Adina Apartment Hotel Perth is located right across the conference hall, so it was really convenient for me. The whole apartment was spacious and clean. It came fully equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, crockery, cutlery, small appliances like microwave. The bathroom was big, and taps and hot water were working fine. I was really stoked to find out that the property provided vegan bath essentials like body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which are 100% plant based and not tested on animals. The bedroom and living room were cosy and comfortable.
The stay was exceptionally good. If any, this is more of a personal preference, but perhaps the property can consider offering the option of firmer pillows. Some hotels do that. They offer two types of pillows in the bedroom, one is soft while the other is much firmer.

The balcony was disgusting. Wasn’t cleaned at all. We sat out and got covered in black dirt off the seats. Tiles in the bathroom need a good clean. Pity pool isn’t kept clean. We had a lot of leaves floating all around us and the tiles on the wall were pulled down and not sure were they renovating or what. No one mentioned it. Carpet in the apartment needs a good clean and to be honest needs to be replaced. Tattered.

Complained to front desk and when leaving next day I even followed up with email and even rang them. The Manager didn't even have the decency to respond in any way with an apology. - Most rooms are subjected to road noise, I saw reviews from other hotel guest that with a room facing the convention centre you will not have any road noise, but even with facing the convention centre there is a chance you will be facing partly the bus station which means busses pulling up from 5am in the morning.
- Staff not willing to communicate: send two messages prior my arrival with the question if there was a 24-hour reception due to late flight, but staff was unwilling to answer that simple question: one the first message I got a standard AI generate reply, second message no reply at all. Which meant I was not sure if the reception was open at midnight (not so great feeling after a 24-hour flight).
- Difficult to find entry of the hotel for the first time, by foot or by car

The bathroom was large and also contained washing machine and dryer. The bed was large and comfortable. The apartment was well located for CBD, Kings Park, Elizabeth Quay, great restaurants etc. Overall I'd recommend it.
Swimming pool area needs a refurb. The tiles around the pool have been removed so I presume they'll be replaced soon to make it more appealing.

This is a nice, comfortable apartment hotel in an excellent downtown location. The Elizabeth Quay bus station (a hub for many lines) is next door, and the subway station is just beyond that. You can easily walk to Elizabeth Quay, and there are plenty of restaurants, several museums, and a couple of grocery stores within a few blocks. Downtown Perth is safe and beautiful.

We had to ask for more towels on arrival (I guess they only expected one guest per room) and fortunately I did not plan to cook since the kitchen equipment is very limited - hopefully they have additional equipment for long term guests. No paper towels for kitchen or Kleenex in bathroom. And definitely due for an update - peeling cabinet laminate in bathroom etc.

It's located on top of Elizabeth Quay bus station and next to the train/underground station . It's just few minutes walk to popular Elizabeth Quay water front where weekend festivities are held and perfect evening stroll before calling the day. The staffs are courtesy and responsive to request made.
Everything in the room is dated and worn/torn. Chips at the kitchen counter and bathroom cabinets,; dark spots and marks all over the carpet; the sofa is so worn that don't feel bouncy when sitting. The only good thing about the room is the bed, big and comfortable.

It is right in the city center and close to public transport. The staff are very friendly. The apartment was very clean and spacious had most things that you would need.
Wish they had more cooking pots/pan. They only have one pan. Some of the bowls/glasses were dirty.

Spacious rooms with all the things you need including laundry and kitchen amenities. Easy check in and out process. Comfortable bed. Very close to bus station / transport hub and event centre. Short walk to Elizabeth Quay also.
Swimming pool okay, hot pool being renovated. Area a little dated.
The bar downstairs (Metro Bar) can be quite loud and disturbing on some evenings.
Area a little hard to get if event centre is busy with an event.

Parking fee it is not specified at booking that com that there is a parking fee. Room cleaning is not done every day and when cleaned it is not really cleaned

Ideally located directly across from the convention center, the location offers seamless access to the train, bus, and the heart of the city.
The room was a little tired and the bathroom although clean was particularly worn. I had problems with key cards not working on a couple of occasions. TV didn't have chromecast.

Location - was walking distance to Elizabeth Quay, Barrack St Jetty, Hay St. Fully equipped hotel room. Very comfy beds.
Rooms did not receive housekeeping each day. Bathrooms a bit dated but ok.

Quiet, convenient and easy to access to the city.
Didn’t like on the driving to the hotel which we got into an accident with the Transperth bus, that I believed it’s not my fault but it’s still quite dangerous when turning to the hotel.

Central location basic apartment
I messaged the property ant advised I would be arriving late and told it’s ok we have 24 hour reception. When we arrived after a long international flight no one answered the door intercom or answered their out of hours phone number so we stood had to stand out in the cold for 25 minutes waiting for a hotel staff to let us in. I also noticed after checkin that an additional $100 was taken from my card an nothing mentioned to me about that. If that money is for a security deposit customers should be told. At $236 a night the room for 2 nights the room was not even made up no fresh towels after our first night. That in my opinion is ridiculously expensive for an unserviced stay. I will be avoiding the Adina brand in future.

The location was perfect for me, close to the train station, the bus port and close to the CAT buses route. It is easy to get to from the airport using public transport. The room was great, lots of room. As a menopausal woman, I love that I could control the temp in my room, I had access to a balcony with a view. There is a separate lounge room and a kitchenette. As I have to travel regularly to Perth, this feels like my second home.
The place needs a bit of maintenance which the management is addressing currently by getting some work done.
