The receptionist was very friendly and was very accommodating, she kept our luggage safe whilst waiting for the check in. She even put an extra bed because she saw we were two friends without us asking which was perfect. The apartement was clean and didn't lack anything. Very good value for money.

This is definitely budget accommodation. The rooms have seen better days and the decor is tired. But the location on the edge of Perth’s CBD is excellent. A 10 minute walk and you are in the middle of the city. My room was spotless, the shower was hot and kitchen more than adequate. If you don’t come with high expectations you’ll be fine.
There is traffic noise but it is not exceptional.

(1) Late checkin without a key safe puts pressure on guests to not inconvenience the caretaker who wants to go out/home.
(2) Late checkin means there is no car parking space available; it is then difficult to reverse out of the car park and one is forced to park in the street a long way away - AT A COST through the week.
(3) Apartment is just metres from a full on, inner-city freeway. This would probably upset light sleepers.

Good value for money. Our unit had a small kitchen with microwave, kettle, fridge, etc. Queen size bed was fine. We arrived after 5pm so our keys were in an envelope for us to collect. They kept our luggage safe after checkout and we picked it up from the caretaker later.
As others have commented, the apartments are right next to a busy motorway and the traffic noise was too much for me, even with earplugs in. Even though it died down at night there were still sirens from ambulances etc. on the other hand, nothing wakes my husband and he had no problem with it.

All rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Nice facility and ease of access. Great bar and restaurant just up the road. Fantastic food. No hot water on departure. Management were very apologetic and worked quickly to get the hot water back on.

This property was within walking distance of a corner of the Central Business District and there was a good variety of restaurants available. The unit had a full kitchen which I didn't use because I only stayed for 4 nights. It was in a fairly quiet neighborhood. My unit looked our over a limited access highway but with the windows shut, it was quiet. They also had a laundry available for guests to uilize (at a small cost).
No problems and it was a great "budget" hotel especially if you are staying a longer time.

Walking distance to CBD, affordable and clean. Secure parking. Friendly helpful staff and good communication about gaining entry to the property when arriving after hours. The apartments are self-contained but if you want to dine out there are plenty of restaurants/cafes within walking distance.
There was no power point in the bathroom of the particular room we stayed in and had to stand in kitchen to blow dry hair. I'm sure another room we stayed in before had one. The sound of the freeway, but I live in the country so am used to the quiet.
