Parking is difficult and should be included in the price. The room was dated and the kitchen cramped and the street noise is loud. Disappointing for the price. Again, I try not to stay places that charge extra for parking as I don't think that is fair especially when room room already cost $510 for 1 night. They charged me an extra $40 for parking and I didn't even park there. I did receive a refund of this parking charge however if I hadn't have noticed it on my credit card they would have got away with it as I had to ring and point this out.

Amazing and very accommodating staff, arrived in the morning after a very long trip from NY and they were able to check me in early as I emailed them. Also I left something in the room and they called me to tell me. They impressed me so much I stayed there again the night before I left and the manager upgraded me to a room with a great view of the harbor bridge and opera house. It’s also a great location close to shops and fantastic restaurants - Fei Jai and Macleay St Bistro both a must.
The rooms are pretty basic, I wouldn’t say it’s a negative though, it’s clean and great value for money.

The location is convenient to train station and within walking distance to a lot of places
We got a room for 6 people, but only have one bathroom. The room do not have sufficient place to hang clothes and proper place to plug in to charge the phones

The best thing about this hotel wasn’t even the hotel it was the cafe across the street.
Pictures before booking very deceiving of the pool view. Construction was also going on right next to the pool all day everyday. The bathroom looked somewhat remodeled but terribly designed and a tiny shower where you can barely move. The fridge was not working for some reason either. Overall it felt like a ripoff for especially compared to cheaper hotels I’ve stayed at in oz.

Location in Potts Point was central to restaurants and shopping. It was easy to walk into the city from the hotel too. The variety of places to eat near the hotel was very good. The front desk staff and manager were very friendly and helpful too.
Very small room, uncomfortable bed, small kitchen area smelled like spoiled fish, especially in the sink area, bathroom very tiny and towels and amenities meager/non-existent. Very disappointed for what we paid for room.
