This by far is the prettiest hotel I've ever been to. The room is spacious, lovely garden, great shower and all amenities. The breakfast is amazing. There is a 24hr bar and reception. Will Def visit again! Location is perfect only 10 min walk outside the busy center. Perfect to relax after a day in the centre.

Lovely location a few minutes walk from the town center. Staff very attentive and helpful straight from arrival. Swimming pool area very relaxing, our kids spent hours in there having a good time. Very comfortable beds.
Rooms could do with a bit more cleaning, dust on the wall pannels, bathroom window. Also breakfast was super expensive and alhough we would have loved to have breakfast at the hotel we couldn't justify spending over €60 for a family breakfast. We went to the market instead and got wonderful breakfast there.

I purposely chose Normandy hotel to be able to park my car at the same location we stay and I made it clear while booking but unfortunately, my request was overlooked by the staff. As our date of visit drew nearer, I contacted them again to get confirmation and I got the response that the parking was full and I should use the underground city parking instead. This created discomfort for us considering the luggages we had to carry back and forth. I hope they improve they attention to the guests requests upon booking in future.
Other that that, we had a great time staying at Harmony hotel. The location is superb, rooms are comfortable and breakfast is very nice.

I was surprised that my room was much bigger than my sister and brother-in-law's room, and that I had access to an outdoor terrace from my room. The bed was huge and comfortable. Although I didn't use it, my family members liked the pool/spa area also.
The access to the outdoor area from my room was a big step up and down to get outside, and a bit dangerous.
The pillows on the bed were more like tiny throw pillows rather than bed pillows for some reason. The room was only partially cleaned, as in the glasses were replaced with clean ones, and a few more towels were added, but it wasn't vacuumed or tidied up otherwise. Maybe this is typical.

Staff were extremely helpful. I loved the fact that they gave us a map and list of recommended restaurants as we checked in. Rooms were very nice, pool was clean and towels for the pool were provided. The breakfast was also very good. Location was ideal - just a ten minute walk into the main part of Bruges.
The only thing I would improve is the amount of pillows. Could have done with a few more.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the very center of Bruges. My stay was for business purposes, and the hotel is close to the conference center. I appreciate the very comfortable bed, the cleanliness of the linens, and the towel replacement, which were soft and fragrant. However, the best impression was made by the staff. Every member of the staff (reception) was very helpful, professional, and communicated on a high level. I had the smallest room in the hotel. The room is indeed small, but the hotel informed me about this twice in advance, so I expected it, and it was sufficient for my needs.
The linens, towels, and overall housekeeping services in this regard were fine. However, the hotel does show signs of aging; the furniture is chipped, which wouldn't be a major issue, but worse is that there were delicate cobwebs around the window and on the walls, which definitely does not leave a good impression.

My husband and I stayed here in a deluxe room last month. This is a wonderful hotel, from the large bedroom with access to a terrace, to the lovely swimming pool that we had completely to ourselves, to the cosy bar where we enjoyed drinks after exploring this beautiful city we could find no faults. The best thing about the hotel however is the staff who are extremely helpful and courteous with a special thank you to Sanaa and Robert.

Room was generally clean and a decent size. The location is good - very close to a local undeground car park off the main road into Bruges. Breakfasts were enjoyable and relatively good value. Having a pool and gym were a plus.
The rooms are stuffy and rather shabby. The hotel clearly gets a lot of use given its location in a very popular tourist destination but takes a battering at the same time. The main issue for us was that even in October, the room was very warm and stuffy at night. The aircon does work and during the day seems to be controllable within a limited temperature range but at night it seems to shut off and each night we would get hotter and hotter until we ended up throwing the window open. Then you get eaten alive by mosquitoes. My kids had the same experience in their room, as did family who took two other rooms so I think this is a general problem across the hotel. I accept that energy costs are high but it would be good to control the room temp more effectively overnight. As an aside, the strange lace canopy above the bed is a dust magnet and a great place for mosquitoes to hide before they come out and bite you! And there are mosquitoes squashed all over the ceiling and walls from previous visitors!
