Wonderful and knowledgeable host. Gave us a fantastic overview of the city and was extremely useful to make our stay lovely. The mattresses were top notch. The breakfast was great. The garden was closed for renovation so we did not get to enjoy it but otherwise FANTASTIC!!!

This is a little gem of a hotel and we had three fabulous nights here. The location is perfectly placed - a short walk to the main square and all the sights within easy reach. The hotel is spotlessly clean and we were made to feel so welcome by Veronique- lots of advice on what to see and where to go in Bruges, and freshly squeezed orange juice to go alongside a very lovely breakfast buffet each morning. Our bedroom was bright, plenty of space and fab bathroom with all the necessities taken care of. Parking was easy, just around the corner from the hotel. Highly recommend this as a base for a city break in Bruges and we will be back!!
Nothing at all, it was all fantastic!

Great location: almost directly across the street from the free city shuttle bus. The room was clean and comfortable. Kettle, coffee and tea were provided. The breakfast was excellent, a great variety of quality offerings. The proprietor Veronique was absolutely charming and engaging. She was very knowledgeable about the city and about things to do. Upon returning to Bruges, we would stay nowhere else!

Location is perfect, a stones throw from the main square. A lovely street, with a little life but not too much so that you didnt feel like you were right in the middle of the city. Very well kept, modern and modest rooms but everything you needed. The breakfast room is beautiful and gave us everything we could need.
A bit of late night noise where bars further down the street emptied but to be expected. Also, the early traffic on the cobbled street woke us up, but again, to be expected. But nothing against the actual property itself!

The location was very good and close proximity to the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city.
However, our experience was marred by interactions with the landlady, which were intense and negative. She created an unfriendly atmosphere where it was impossible to feel welcome. Every morning started with an uncomfortable encounter, and frankly, we didn't feel safe in her presence. These interactions were highly unusual and unsettling, detracting from what could have been a pleasant stay.
Additionally, the room was small and didn't justify the cost. This wouldn't have been as much of an issue if the host hadn't been so, I dare say, creepy.
Unfortunately, this experience means we will not be returning and cannot recommend this place.

We had a pleasant stay, everything was nice. Impressed by the extreme cleanliness, very cosy and intimate atmosphere.
Lady Veronique, the owner of the hotel, is an extraordinary woman! She was very understanding and helped us with everything we asked for. We thank you again, from the bottom of our hearts! Hope to come back again one day

A very friendly, beautiful and clean hotel in a charming, well-kept house. It is family driven, and we felt warmly welcomed by the host. Very central, and the free city shuttlebus stops ca. 50 meters down the road, so it was easy to get there from the station. High quality breakfast. We had a lovely stay and recommend it.
Note that you have to check in before 8 pm, the reception closes.

The location was perfect, everything was walkable from the hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the owner gave us lots of helpful information. Breakfast was plentiful, with great coffee! The breakfast room and courtyard were very pretty, and the whole hotel - decor etc - is calm and elegant. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a good shower. Highly recommended, we would definitely choose this hotel again.
A public car park is just around the corner if the hotel doesn't have space in its garage, and the first time we tried to park there were no spaces but after 5-10 minutes we did get a space.

Good facilities, excellent location, brilliant breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, tasteful decor.
With the windows open (in the heat) it could be a little noisy due to bar next door at the rear. This didn’t bother us, but if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue in summer months.

Great location 5 minutes from square. Couple of good restaurants in the same street. Shuttle bus stops over the road from hotel. Our room was fine & beds were comfortable. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast was ok & good coffee machine.
The bath was deep & hard to get in & out of to use shower. No slip mat in bath so need to be careful.
Some noise at night in garden view room from cafe bar a few buildings down from hotel.

The location was good. The room was average, nothing special.
The lady that checks you in, I’m assuming was the owner is overwhelmed with all her duties. and was not welcoming at all. She seemed ver frustrated with her work. It would be in her benefit to hire some kitchen help, to make the stay more pleasant.
