Within easy walking distance to the centre of Brugge. We enjoyed using the cave pool, which was never busy. We visited the bar on a couple of occasions and met the lovely barman whom had been mentioned in previous reviews. The staff were very friendly and informative and the rooms were spotless.

Historic building in the centre. Noticed the free shuttle from train station passes by. Hotel has small heated pool which was nice. Staff, especially the two bar men were most friendly and informative.

Location was perfect, and right near everything - including some great food. The room smelled nice, and had good lighting and enough outlets, and desk space. The water pressure was amazing!! One of the best I've had.
The shower glass wall didn't extend far enough out and so water would get everywhere when I would shower. Wish there was a fan in the bathroom for better ventilation.

The small pool and sauna are a real bonus. The bedrooms are well appointed, and the bathroom and shower great.
The room lacked a coffee maker (I saw into a larger rooms which had a nespresso, so feel short changed!), and the beds are not the most comfortable. Breakfast is very expensive.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, the room was great and bed was very comfortable. The Happy Mother's Day note left for my mum was a lovely touch!
Only a small thing, we requested twin beds when booking but got a double. This was fine though. Also the pool was a bit cold for me, but my mum found it great!

Great location and the service here is always superb. I nearly always stay at Navarra when I visit Bruges.
The first room we were put in, Room 230, was dingy and cramped with very little natural light and a very tight squeeze between the bed and the wall. We asked to be moved and were moved to 229 which was streets ahead. But you do have to be careful as the hotel is a bit of a rabbit warren and some of the rooms just arent the same standard as others.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Brugge, easy to discover a city and plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff was perfect, room very good and quiet with view to the church and trees. There is sauna and swimming pool working from 6AM till 11PM which is super nice if you want to swim and relax after long day.
Breakfast was very poor for this price (25 per person per breakfast). Food is tasty, but very poor choice. Swimming pool is small but thanks its existence. Bed was too soft and it was a bit hard to sleep on stomach.

The reception personnel were exceptionally accommodating in a difficult personal hygiene situation after we had checked out. She directed my mother to a shower and place where she could wash and change clothes before boarding the train back to Paris. It was very much appreciated!
The bed was a little too firm for my liking. It would be helpful to have the hairdryer outside of the shower so someone can dry their hair while someone else is showering. A slightly more powerful hairdryer would be better as well.
