You had to be there to check out in the morning, most places I’ve been I just drop my card off at the front and its typically done. They continued to add on sour charges for seemily meaningless things.. I wish I would have went somewhere else. AVOID AT ALL COST

The locations was centralized. There are no other good qualities.
They wanted to charge a $500 deposit for one night without credit card. Then I was given the wrong room and was told it was not available and did not receive a discount. There was no hot water to our room. The coffee machine leaked everywhere and we used a towel to clean it up and was charged $15 for the towel.

The location.
The facilities are not very clean. The front desk staff are not the friendliest at times and certainly are not accommodating.
I was given dirty/stained sheets and towels to use. I never asked housekeepers to clean my room and, I left it cleaner when I left than it was upon arrival. I was told upon checkout that I would get my damage deposit back that day and discovered later that they kept $98 of my $100 damage deposit because some of the towels I used were dirty. ???
Their ad says breakfast is included - that is false information.
There are no visitors allowed at any time! They charged me an extra $16 because I hd a friend pop by for a visit.

I like how its really close to downtown and everything else. Its cheap.
Its dingy, dirty, sketchy, like half of the stuff isn’t working. I know it’s cheap but its dirt cheap. I found hair EVERYWHERE. Under the blankets on the mattress. In between the towels even after refreshing the towels there were still hair. And its literally EVERYWHERE. It’s not mine cause its long. The fan was SUPER dirty like caled with dust and everything im not even kidding and the a/c wasn’t working (from october to april)

The location is good!
It smells like cigarettes everywhere. The bedding when I first came in wasn’t very clean. There were hairs and other little things. I slept with my cloths on because of how uncomfortable it made me. The bed sheet was falling off the mattress and I could see the stains on the mattress. The upstairs hall way doesn’t seem very inviting it’s a little dark and something from a horror movie

I’d stayed at this hotel before but on the opposite side. The side I was on this time was very loud and you could hear people walking in and out of hallway all night.

The entrance to the rooms with the kitchenette. I didn't love the small enclosed hallway between the two rooms. I just prefer a bigger exit for safety reasons.

I booked two nights there and It was cleaned on the second day of the stay. When I checked in in was hair in bathroom. The bed was OK.
Was worried about my car outside but stuff told me they do have cameras. I didn't notice any though. I was almost ready to pay more and booked another hotel to be safe and sleep normally. Moreover at the check in time they requested a deposit $100.00 and they didn't return it fully. The inn charged me $5.25 and this is already third day when I am trying to figure out why. The stuff didn't reply me. So at the end with this extra charge it was more expensive then expected when I booked. I believe you have option may be a couple of dollars more but believe me you'd rather to pay now and sleep after a long day.

This is an older facility and has many battle scars. The price was fair.
No continental breakfast as listed on the website.
It took a very long time to get hot water to the bathroom sink.

The location
Was the worst experience I've ever had. They tried to accuse me of smoking in the room to start with and then I switched rooms and upgraded and as soon as I did that I went out for the afternoon and when I came back my cat was missing. I ended up getting him back but they kicked me out and kept all my money close to $1,000 for a one-night stay. I know they took him who else would have. And the police vwere useless. Very shady people and motel. Wouldn't recommend It is quite a long story to explain here so that's the short version. The floor also wasn't cleaned in the first room I was in. Swept it myself and took a pic of the pile of dirt and showed them. They didn't seem to care or say much either. The room was also very hot and the window couldn't open.

So far I find the room neat and not that bad cause I was able to slept well, but you can tell that it's a bit need of a fixing, but passable for a budget stay. Not that bad.

There was no heating in the room. The room was very small and cramped. I asked for the heating to be turned up, but was ignored till morning. I was told t was a free Wifi and breakfast, but was told there was no breakfast. I put my phone to charge only to realize by morning that the charging ports had no electricity and the phone did not charge. I travelled with a child and by morning, we were both chilled to the bone due to lack of heat in the unit. Even though i called to complain, they just ignored me and when by morning I went to the receptionist, she was so rude and when I asked to see the manager, was told the manager was not in and should email the manager instead. I asked for a refund of my money because i reserved the room for three night but only stayed one night, but was rudely told there is no refund if I choose to leave the room it is my business. Please can i get my refund for the two remaining nights?
