The king size room, the facilities were great.
The choice of hygiene products leaves one smelling like an orange. Some meth addicts roam on the property to smoke their stuff on the ground, by the lot. Some customers are rude/openly racist, and those with dogs don't clean after their dogs, and leave staff in an awkward position on most accounts. The laundry facilities are old, and in an unsupervised basement, which could worry anyone.

i liked the quality of the rooms and that the property smelled and looked clean at all times
More elevators would have been useful i think given the amount of people that could be staying there.

The location was great and I appreciated that it was pet-friendly. The king-sized bed in the main bedroom of the suite was really comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and especially helpful when I made an error in our booking.
THE ELEVATOR! Oh my goodness, it was terrible. So slow and frustrating - definitely needs an update and another elevator given the size and foot traffic of the property.
We were in a suite, but there was only air-conditioning in the bedroom. So, no air in the living area when the bedroom door was closed. My parents were freezing, while I was hot sleeping on a VERY uncomfortable pullout bed, listening to whomever was staying in the room above us stomp around ALL NIGHT.
Lastly, the suite didn’t come with any kitchen equipment, so we had to ask for everything. It’s pretty standard for a suite to come with basics, like cups and cutlery.

I like the modern look of it, it feels clean, comfy and happy atmosphere with the cool colours. The pool is a great size. Excellent exercise room. Everything overall is well taken care of and clean. The front entrance complimentary slush machine for my 7 year old is a hit and the great tasting vanilla cocoa for me :)
Housekeeper on our floor was always busy on her cellphone. No smile.

The hotel was clean, bright and well appointed. It was extremely busy the 2 nights we were there but the staff was still very pleasant, the breakfast ladies kept up with the high demand and the lobby and breakfast area were big enough to handle the crowd.
It is close to a busier road, so you could hear the traffic, but it wasn’t too bad and they provided ear plugs for really light sleepers.

The location is very good. The renovations in the rooms is nice. The free coffee and slushies are great.
The hot tub and pool area were dirty. The hot tub destroyed my bathing suit. I told the staff and they did apologize. The hotel is loud. The breakfast staff are working very hard but the area is poorly designed and extremely congested. Housekeeping only comes once every three days, which nowadays is clearly a cost saving measure on the part of the hotel. They have their poor maintenance staff delivering towels and garbage bags; as they ask guests to take out their own garbage. Perhaps the maintenance staff need to be focused on the poor condition of the pool/hot tub.

Was close to the Mall and within walking distance to shopping and food.
My only negative comment was when I tried to adjust my reservation due to a family emergency, I wasn’t thrilled with the customer service. I booked through booking.com and contacted them first but was told to contact the hotel directly. When I did that the representative was less than thrilled that I called the hotel to change it. Didn’t leave a good impression for sure

The pool was actually a salt water pool! As a result, we had two members of our family have eczema flare ups after using the pool and we were not able to use it for the remainder of our stay which was a huge disappointment. The beds were so soft and collapsed at the edges so we felt like we were falling off the bed at night. We paid 4 star pricing for a 2 star hotel.
