Friendly staff, we stayed in the executive wing which is nice. The only real complaint we have is our room came with a couch bed. Which should really be repoans it seems to be at least 20-25 years old.

The couch hide-a-bed most definitely needs to be replaced especially being in the executive wing. The breakfasta use to be good when it came from the kitchen. It now a buffet style breakfast. We passed on that. It wasn't great last time we stayed.

Breakfast was terrible on Saturday… I got sick from the creamer that they put out for the coffee… my family didn’t get to eat cause the server made us feel like we were not customers but instead to beg for food! Sunday was a little better. But first impression was very bad.

I didn’t like the fact that we were placed in a room that didn’t have proper hearing working, the hallway was frozen, the staff at the bar was rude! The alarm clock went off on our second night without us touching the clock, asked for a microwave and was dropped off and said you can just lift that on your own and plug it in yourself, bathtub did not have hot water for a while! The room was far from the restaurant and if you needed something like hot water you had to walk and carry everything on your own! The lady at the bar was very rude! The hotel looked nice from the front! But it’s a “front “ … the whole feel is that this place is not making the money therefore they cheap out on everything including water and heat ! Even the sugar in the room was old!

It was nice and clean; very comfortable

We were out of toilet paper, called and asked for more. They said they’d bring some and we waited two hours with nothing, ended up having to go down to front desk to get it. Also the people beside us were very noisy and banging on walls.

Staff was very friendly and kind Location to West Edmonton Mall was convenient Size of rooms - plenty of space Great pricing for location with gym and breakfast included. Adequate amount of towels and toiletries provided

Bed and pillows were way too soft; they were not good for the back or posture. Especially after a long drive. The hotel needs to invest in medium to firm mattresses and pillows. Soap scum in bathtub/shower

I like the spacious parking, easy to locate. The room was perfect for the three of us, clean and quite. Everything we need was met. Breakfast was all worth it because my children loves it.

I wish I knew how to lower down the aircon because it was a bit chilly because its raining besides that its all worth it.

Good location, restaurant onsite and friendly staff.

The shower was in very rough shape. The faucet was literally hanging out of the shower wall and the shower tap was seized up it was difficult to turn the water on. I mentioned this to the front desk as I wanted to let them know that it could be an issue for visitors using the shower. The front desk clerk mentioned that a lot of the faucets and taps are in that same condition and that they have had clients call the front desk because they could not turn the water off. Didn’t seem concerned about the issue. The property is a little dated.

The location was good, taxi service friendly and helpful. Bar was a bit limited in choice of draught beer.

Your breakfast menu needs changing eg no yoghurt or waffle making facility. No bacon either. Scrambled Eggs were the dried type. Not very tasty.

I liked the convenience of the location and lot of available rooms that we could choose from. The staff helped us to switch to the new room very promptly. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of variety of food, the service was great.

Outdated hotel rooms smelled odd, and our first room smelled like cigarettes.
