The front reception staff were amazing during my stay. I had actually booked to stay at the SENS Hotel and after realizing that they were not advertising if they had mini fridges in room, I tried for 24 hrs to contact them with no answer at all no matter how many messages. No refund or partial refund offered in good faith considering they had not bothered to answer me. I needed to store prescription medication needing refrigeration so was forced to cancel and luckily book into Best Western Plus the day of my flight out. What a good move! The reception staff were so welcoming and friendly . It turned out my room fridge was not cooling enough so the room valet checked it and bought in another new fridge. They then were able to take my freezer packs that keep medication cold on flights and keep them frozen for me until I checked out. They phoned cabs for me, gave directions and all in all were the friendliest most helpful staff . I usually do stay at Best Westerns but this time had thought to try something different. Won’t do that again. Also the room was great , the welcome gifts appreciated .
