Two out of three staff were personable.
The night staff was brusque and not personable. Did not expect to have to pay for parking, especially $23.00 per night.
The parking lot was barely accessible, very steep driveway, 45º angle. Last night there was no room in the parking lot but we were instructed to park in a no parking space, "because we own the building," said the night concierge.

Well located and convenient. Easy to reach from airport and close to city center. Quiet. Friendly staff.
Decoration and furniture are ageing and would need renovation. Not enough light in the rooms (there are lamps but not strong enough and it is very dark in the room. Furthermore, the socket of one of the bedlamps was not working and the staff did not fix it or provide an extension cord (despite our claim) during our stay. Finally, housekeeping is ensured only very 3 nights.

Bed, staff,
TV channels, poor sound on tv, curtains did not fully close, noisy bathroom fan, used male contraceptive found on sofa, charged me $200 on arrival in case I purchased services and said on departure I would receive a full refund in 5 to 10 days. Never had this in 50 years of travel. The manager of this hotel should spend a night in room 401

Loaction is great. Right in the centre of downtown. Good 10-30min walk to all the downtown attractions
Elevator smells like someone had been smoking weed and cigarettes. Building looks old which comes in the territory. Underground parking was good however, too small and there’s no elevator from the parking area up to the main floor. For a single parent travelling with a toddler alone with all the things we had to carry and take two trips back and forth.

They don't have a Proper Ramp for the PWD people and for the Baby as well, They only have one Entrance on the parking area which is You need to use a stair, and it's so hustle if you have a small baby with a stroller

LOCATION, VALUE
The place was falling apart, ie; door separated from the hinge, before we could even settle in the room...got a new room, bathroom falling apart as well.. mattress was so soft, and filthy mattress cover was filled with hairs....toilet bowl has a grey rim... carpet was so discolored, and it is brown in colour. This was my third stay at that place, and each time I had an issue with the room, but this was the worst.
Thank goodness we won't be going back to Montreal anytime soon.. $26 for parking?????

Room was OK. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable.
Halls had bad smell. The hotel could be more attractive if it received better maintenance and cleaning. The lobby looks empty, ugly and unattended. The clerk was not attentive. he was not rude nor nice. he simply gave us the key and the information very quickly and impersonally.

The room was spacious and clean. It had a refrigerator and a big tv. Also the hotel has microwave and washer and dryer. The bus is right oustside the corner of the hotel. I took the bus from the airport to the hotel. For the price it is great and close to the historic part of Montréal

Location was great!
We arrived 2h before the check-in time and we wanted to drop our bags and go for a walk till the check-in time.
The guy at the reception told us the following: "No problem, each bag will be 4$ per person." We had never experienced smth like that before...and we refused as a matter of principle.

The location is great, very close to the old Port
They DO NOT OFFER HOUSEKEEPING so it’s like a B&B! What’s the point to pay for a hotel then? Beside the facility is very old…

Our stay was honestly great. The receptionist upon arrival and in afternoons (I believe her name was Siham) was just lovely. She was friendly, helpful, and so fun to speak with. She made our stay honestly memorable just by how sweet she was! As for the room it was very clean, nice washroom, and everything worked. The furniture may be a bit outdated, but we’ve got to at least appreciate non-carpeted floors.
Nothing too big and nothing that couldn’t be solved! Some reviews mention missing towels, which did happen to us as well but when we asked for more they were very sweet :). Getting into the parking is quite steep but it’s simple enough as we were shown a graph of how to get in upon arrival. It’s also convenient that it is attached to the hotel so we didn’t have to walk back outside.
Just make sure when you arrive you have someone to stay in the car when you check in as the garage needs your keycard to get in and there aren’t many spots to park outside!

Nice location and good staff make this motel an OK choice, but only if you could get it at a decent price…. I was quoted $200 per night, but got it at $70….. which is about the right place for what is a high-rise motel….. pleasant staff
Not enough people to manage the reception.
Mismatch between the high price and the actual hotel quality….
Not window blinds, and guests have to call reception to get remote control in the room… weird!
