Nice location! A little outdated in terms of rooms, corridors, etc. But our room was vast, and clean nonetheless!

A little bit smelly in the room (a musty smell) but otter than that, it was clean! Rug was a bit stained but still seemed clean! Although, don’t walk barefoot. Bring slippers! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Breakfast was excellent!

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were welcoming and kind from when I first stepped into the lobby. They were able to answer any questions I had, and made sure I felt welcomed. The room was much bigger than I expected. Clean and cozy, had everything I could need and more. The location was great in relation to public transportation, but walkability to different areas of downtown & old Montreal. Check out was super easy, and accommodating with parking available for a few extra hours. Overall, will be returning for future trips to Montreal!

The bedroom was really cozy, but a little dark. I didn't personally mind this, but feel like it may not be for everyone!

This hotel is great. The location was very close to the Palais des Congrès. I liked the complimentary breakfast, which was of good quality, and the gym had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and large. The king room was huge!

Nothing, it had everything. I think the rooms could use an update, but everything worked well.

The breakfast was good for the price of the stay. The bed was soft and cosy, quite a spacious room.

The room had a strong and unpleasant odor. The metal divider between the carpet and tile flooring was damaged, making loud noises and causing us to trip several times. The power outlets were very loose, so my adapter wouldn’t stay plugged in and kept falling out. The lighting in the room was too dim due to the yellow bulbs, making it difficult to see clearly. Parking was quite expensive for hotel guests—I was expecting a more reasonable rate, but there was no real alternative but to pay. The parking elevator was also inconvenient to use.

Location was good.

The breakfast was quite unremarkable. The facility appeared to be poorly maintained, and it lacked any discernible ambiance. The carpets and seating in the room were noticeably aged and in need of refurbishment. This was, regrettably, our most unsatisfactory hotel experience in recent memory.

Location: Easy walking, easy and affordable taxi rides, easy access to train and buses. Feeling of security within the hotel (but measures inconvenient) Front receptionists welcoming, and breakfast staff accommodating.

"Card" security a bit annoying for access to front door, breakfast room, and elevator. Coffee maker non-functional in room ( even after unresponsive 2nd request to check) resulting in no benefit of early cup of coffee without going to breakfast room. Inflexible response to my request after missing my "cleaning day" rotation by leaving my "do not disturb" hanger on door. Room not cleaned for my 4 night stay.

We found there is great value of the room, with hot breakfast. Easy access to the attractions in Old Town of Montreal. Steps to the buses stops. 10 minutes to metro subway station. Microwave oven and full size refrigerator. The WiFi internet is fast enough for game playing and video playing. We can casting our videos to the TV. bring us awesome holiday perfect. Will recommend to our friends and families.

I suggest adding a floor standing light fixture in living room, because there was dark in the rain day and evening. A water kettle is friendly to tea people, can request from front desk to delivery to room.

Good location to walk to several areas of interest

Full kitchen but with no hot plate to cook anything and not a single plate, utensil etc so you can’t even eat your food you might prepare in microwave or order in. We did ask for these and got disposable paper plates and wooden utensils. Why have a full sized kitchen with fridge when you can’t really use it? They don’t wash tables often enough in breakfast room.

Was easy walking distance to the old town, downtown, and restuarants. Breakfast was included and there is a coin laundry within the hotel to do your laundry which is handy. Staff were friendly.and helpful enough.

Room was outdated. Carpet had stains, shower was constantly leaking and there was a film of dust over the dated furniture. Was also a faint smell of smoke obviously from previous guests that must have smoked. While breakfast was provided, it was basic and not much different from day to day and the dining room air circulation was not great so you had the smell of fried hash bowns and bacon on your clothes after finishing. Also, we made the silly mistake of using the laundry in the morning..it is situated right next to the kitchen so all our cleanly washed clothes also ended up with this smell.

Breakfast was good! I appreciated the extra room with a desk, sofa and TV.

The only thing that could have been better is having real dishes in the kitchenette. I was preparing for a hospital procedure and needed to prepare some special food. I would have appreciated a few plates, bowls, a large bowl and pitchers for water. I ended up using the ice bucket to make jello!
