There are some weird people there, but staffs were nice!

It was clean, cheap, good location.
The air conditioning didn't work and I was given no solution to this problem other than "oops sorry". No advance warning, no fan, nothing. There's no internal ventillation or way to move air in the capsules. It had to be 30-35 degrees in there. I had to sleep with the door cracked and my face in the crack to get any sleep. I've rarely had such an unpleasant experience at a lodging. The staff have known about this air conditioning problem for weeks and still couldn't be bothered to provide a solution or even give us a heads up so we could bring a fan.

Location was excellent in terms of being close to Jazzfest and main streets. Front desk staff was great, helpful, present, and friendly and welcoming, cleaning staff also were on the job. Considering so many people, toilets and showers and common areas were tidy.
Pod concept was good, and solid value. Felt secure for what is was, and everyone there was as quiet and respectful as possible in a small space with many pods. I liked our pod location in the back corner, cut down on noise and ensured my little girl who was with me was not startled by undue noise with people passing.
Our pod had no ventilation or air conditioning so was stifling, hot, incredibly stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep, which was really what we were there to do. I asked what could be done, but staff shared there had been issues and the Capsule was full, so we couldn’t be moved, so we just had to sleep in a hot, unventilated box.

The capsule itself is very comfy, nice size, everything works well, outlets, lights. Bed sheets were very nice and clean, comfy pillow and duvet.
Guests were very respectful, and the capsule area was very silent, well decorated and with perfect temperature.
The site claimed the capsules had superior sound isolation. My capsule was near the door, and I could hear every single person coming in and out at all times.
Also I didn't like that the bathroom area was shared with the men. Less freedom to change, and also way dirtier faster.
The location was also ok, it has very good access to Place des Arts, shows and St Laurent bars, but the street were the hotel is located is a bit sketchy.

The good thing about the place is the 24 hour check in service
the wash rooms were incredibly dirty, with clogged toilets. I was expecting them to at least not have overflowing bins.

The staff were friendly and the location was wonderful.
Had a dude in the capsule above me who wouldn't stop masterbating. Had to ask to move capsules... got told I could go into one then swiped in and someone was sleeping there... then moved to another capsule only 1 away from the dude who I complained about. The bathrooms were dirty and the place didnt smell good.

It was quiet and relatively peaceful
I left my pod at around 12:30 am and returned within 45 minutes, when I left the guy at reception was sat outside rolling up a joint, then when I returned after 45 mins there was no one to let me and another guest in waiting. 10 mins go by, I decide to bang on the glass, a head appears from the upper floor where a comfortable seating area is positioned, it’s the guy that was ment to be working, who got too high and passed out. He looked at me for 5 seconds in confusion then went back to sleep, I bang again and said let me in, he was still not moving, it took 3 attempts of me banging on the window and shouting for him to wake up and let me in. I was disgusted with the lack of professionalism from what seemed to be the only staff member on duty.
What if I were a female member of the hotel and needed to access my hotel room quickly in look of safety.
I also have 30 seconds of video footage from the event, displaying his head coming from the second floor where he is in his own world not paying attention to anyone.

The capsules were spacious, secure with their own digital lock, and had good lighting.
The staff were helpful and did their best to take care of the guests, especially considering they were managing the entire property with just two people+ one person at reception
The property only has two staff members to take care of the entire place, including the capsules, bathrooms, towels, and common areas, which is clearly not enough, even though they were very helpful.
Most facilities were dirty or worn out. Many showers had no soap, the bins were too small for the number of guests, and the shared bathrooms had only 3 sinks and about 4 showers with no proper private space to change or get ready, with no hooks or benches to place belongings. Towels were only available on request, and mine smelled so bad I had to leave it in the shower. There was no bin for used towels, so they were left on the floor both by the capsules and in the washroom. Some lockers were broken, and mine still had items left by previous guests.
Most of the facilities are located in the basement, which felt unsettling.
I would not consider this a true capsule hotel, as the authentic Japanese concept emphasizes cleanliness, private space, and separate bathrooms for women and men to respect different needs and create a welcoming and safe environment.

Water and vendor machines available onsite. Very convenient location. Always someone there at front desk.
I understand it is not that much different from a hostel but given the additional price I was expecting for cleaner public space and better individual capsules. They have free towels with $5 deposit, but all three towels I got from them smelled badly. Highly recommended to bring ear plugs and own towels.

Bathrooms are not clean, specially the showers it was horrible to take a shower because de carpet they have in there is full of mold. The bed is not a mattress, its more like a thin pad so you feel like sleeping in on a board. We didnt slept well and the air conditioner inside the capsules didnt worked well. We were so hot at night. Towels smelled weird.

A good option for a night or a few nights if you don’t have high expectations. Good price and convenient location. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would suggest bringing your own sandals, as well as shower gel and shampoo, as these were not always available.
I would suggest paying a bit more attention to cleaning and maintenance. The place could be much better with more thorough cleaning and a few small details being fixed. I think a little more effort or additional staff could make a big difference.

It was walking distance to most locations that I wanted to visit.
The area just looked a little bit sketchy, but after staying at this hotel and walking around the area I felt okay, I ended up loving it because I realized how close it is to Chinatown, old Montreal and downtown.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, the location is great! The capsule looks great with the stars on the ceiling!
The capsules located near the door were subjected to the sound of the door slamming every time someone entered or left the room. The mattresses were extremely thin, making the "beds" very uncomfortable, it's fine for one night, but not for anything longer. The bathroom facilities were dirty to very dirty depending on the time you go, the showers lacked proper ventilation, the water spread across the entire room.
